This is a private rooms with overlooking swimming pool. The staff are lovely, netflix in the room is amazing, its just that the location is quite dead. If you looking for some peace and quiet, this is the place for u.

It’s a little home from home. the staff are very lovely and the room although on the small side is very comfy . Most people staying here for the diving lessons so they are up early some make a little noise early on. The housekeeping is friendly and the rooms are spotless. The WiFi isn’t that good but that’s Bali all over tbh . It’s excellent value for money and using Gojek just 16,000 rp to the beach . So you can base yourself here and get around to any Restraunt at night . I will be back again

Stayed here for 2 nights over New Year’s Eve with my husband. Hotel itself seemed good with good facilities and friendly staff. As we were about to leave our hotel room on New Years eve the whole ceiling in the bathroom fell down! Thank goodness we wasn’t in there or we could have been seriously injured. The lady on reception was very apologetic and handled it well and moved us to another room. We couldn’t change hotels as it was New Year’s Eve. The thing that disappointed us is the fact the manager didn’t come to see us to see if we was ok or to apologise. This seemed like bad customer service. Apart from this the hotel was alright but I feel people should know that it might not be safe.

Couldn’t be better value for money with modern, clean, comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Only eight rooms in total making it very peaceful and quiet and a pretty pool if you need to escape the searing temperatures of the beach and/or of the midday heat. This is where the Netflix facilities came in handy when a touch of sunburn kicked in! Excellent day trips available that can be tailored to your needs, and sound, honest advice regarding all aspects of your stay. Close by there are some very basic (don’t be thrown by appearances) warungs with very tasty local food and local patrons! Always a good sign!

We were impressed with our short stay here. The rooms are newish, exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. There is no fridge but there is a TV with Netflix (and a hairdryer). The resort particularly caters for those learning to dive - but we didn’t feel out of place because we weren’t. The staff were helpful and Adam gave us a great tip for Dinner (Ingka Restaurant). The pool is clean and refreshing. B’Fast wasn’t included in our room fee - but it is available ‘a la carte’ for a reasonable price. A short walk to shops and ?15mins to beach. Airport pick up (arranged by Hotel) went smoothly. Would stay again.

Great place to stay at very reasonable prices. Clean, well run and quiet (yes, not so many scooters passing by here). Food and drinks available, again well priced. Learn to SCUBA dive in the pool and relax afterwards.

Such a fabulous stay. So well looked after by everyone. This place is amazing, not “great for the price” but just awesome in general! Kindest most helpful staff, such clean and large rooms and bathrooms. Great pool and yummy food. It’s definitely not central but easy walking distance and so many things close by without the crazy hustle bustle. Made to feel really welcome solo, but can see if would be great with friends & family (kids that can swim only) too. Big thanks to Adam and the lovely lady from the UK who went out of their way to help.

I and my partner had the dream trip to Bali. We were greeted at the hotel by a personal shuttle bus. He spoke perfect English and had a good conversation and some ideas of where to visit and some of the local lingo. Once we arrived at the hotel we were blown away. The general manager greeted us personally and showed us to our double bed room, this included showing us how to work everything. The room was perfect. Light and cool with a huge bed! The price we paid doesn’t justify the 5star standards. We booked a scuba trip with Basri who was amazing, he took us on a tour around the reef and knew all the best dive spots. He was funny and always smiling. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re not sure, amazing 5 star facilities and the staff are welcoming and polite.

Property is lovely. The staff was fantastic, the location is in a great place, close dot Seminyak but far from the hustle and bustle so it was nice an quiet. Breakfast was great, it is a-la-carte so you can choose from the menu. We have visited many places in Bali and normally when the breakfast is a-la-carte it is not as good. However, here in GP was amazing. Wifi was extremely important for us - it was great and you can do a video call with no issues. The pool was the excellent size and there is plenty of space to sunbathe. Also important is that there was sun the entire day around the pool. This is quite unique and rear - so bonus points :) Also, it was really clean!! Bravo to the housekeeping. Overall fantastic value for the money and will definitely recommend it. If you are not doing a diving certification you might find the diving lessons in the pool slightly irritating. For us, that was not a problem even tho we did not do our diving certification. But just be aware that sometimes there are lessons in the pool also, there is a satellite nor cable TV. This is not specified on Booking.com and I think it should be changed as it is misleading. There is FREE Netflix which I found as a great bonus. I love Netflix and for me this was perfect however my partner likes to watch TV and this was a minus point.

A very nice place to stay. High standard of facilities in an interesting (ie non-touristy) part of Seminyak - but still walking distance from the action. I have stayed in Bali many times and I would rate this as one of the best value places I have stayed. Loved the pool. Very good breakfast. Special acknowledgement to Adam for his flexibility - no problem for him to reimburse us one night as our flight was delayed. A professionally run outfit! Also the scuba lessons look to me as very good value! If you want to stay in Seminyak, stay here!
