Stayed for one night. Considering the price I think you can get more worth your money. Just walk a little down this stretch.I stayed for one night as I was meeting my cousin here. The bathroom is dark and dingy, slight stench. Bed was super comfortable and the staff were very friendly. They lent me there universal adapter. Mesmerising view from the roof top.

Stayed a week, couldn’t recommend it more highly. Despite a snafu with a failed booking through Agoda, the front desk staff cheerfully matched the price and took care of everything. The rooms are like a stylish modern downtown loft, with high quality solid wooden doors and modern clean furniture. Excellent lighting, air conditioning, water pressure in the shower, and modern bathroom fixtures. Large floor to ceiling windows.

I stayed in a 3 bedroom suite which was beautiful, well equipped and had everything we needed. Unfortunately there is a night club across the road which is open until 5am most mornings. The noise from the club was horrendous and sleeping wasn't an option. Should be advertised on their page that this is the case.

I honestly don’t think I have ever given a bad review of an establishment and I am not one to usually complain or be negative but this was seriously the worst accommodation I have ever experienced and I feel the need to warn others because I wish I hadn’t wasted my money staying here and wish I had listened to the negative reviews more. My husband and I stayed at Imani Suites for 7 days with our friends in a 3 bedroom “luxury” apartment. We booked this trip as a babymoon because we are expecting our first child and wanted a nice, relaxing, enjoyable trip with friends. At first glance the apartment seemed nice enough, the lounge and dining area was nice and had a huge tv with Netflix on it. However the noise coming into the room on that first night was insane. The hotel is right on the street and there is a bar directly opposite the hotel called red ruby as well as a bar a few places up to the right which play loud music until all hours not to mention the rooftop bar at the hotel does the same. Apart from the music even just the traffic noise (cars, bikes etc) is so loud and we literally didn’t sleep all night. The noise was the first and main issue. Then, the showers in every room have a drainage issue and leaked all through the bathroom so that the floor was soaked and you had to stand in a puddle at the sink to get ready. The lighting was also very dark in the bathrooms so you could hardly see yourself when getting ready. We complained to reception about the issues the next day because we had come here to relax and have a nice holiday not have sleepless nights and sub standard amenities. The staff were helpful and agreed to move us to a “quieter” 3 bedroom apartment. We were happy and moved to the other room only to have the exact same issues with noise and leaking showers. We complained again but they said there were no other room options because they were “under construction” so we had to deal with it and stay in that room for the rest of our stay. All 3 of us in all bedrooms had bad sleep the whole week. In the second room the tv was much smaller and there was no Netflix option. I know this is a very small thing but it is still annoying knowing you are paying the same price and now can’t watch Netflix if you wanted too. Throughout our stay they didn’t replace toilet paper enough, some days they didn’t make our room and I don’t think they even changed our sheets once in a week because we spilled coffee on the sheets and the stain remained until we checked out. When we checked out the staff didn’t help or offer to help with our luggage so we carried them down ourselves. I will mention that the breakfast was decent enough. You got to choose 2 items from the menu which we mostly had an omelette and pancakes which were nice enough but nothing special. The coffee at breakfast was also very nice. All in all the only “pros” I have to say about this place are: 1. Great location in the heart of Seminyak near Potato Head, W, Biku. 2. Friendly staff 3. Decent enough breakfast & coffee. If you want somewhere you can get a good nights sleep and enjoyable experience then I would not recommend staying here.

I tried a vacation to Bali with my friends and chose Imani Suites. I am booking a family room that contains two beds. the check-in process was very nice and the place was comfortable and during my stay there were some problems in the room but not a problem. because I was always given good service by the front office employee, desta he became my friend during my stay. thank you see you next time.

I booked this hotel to stay with my mom on short notice. This place is meant for people on a budget that like to smoke and party and not worry about getting sleep. There is a ton of construction happening all around the hotel, which you hear at all hours. The standard room we had was pretty gross. The bathrooms are blacked out with black lights, as if it is a nightclub in your shower. The bedding was not comfortable. The mini fridge barely worked and looked like it needed cleaning. Our room smelled like smoke, as well as all of the common areas. The check-in area/concierge was so small and they didn't seem to have enough staff to help us with our luggage, so we went ahead and carried it. There were wooden/bamboo bars all over the windows, so there was almost no reason to open the curtains, as it looked like you were locked in. I am shocked that the reviews are so high here- I found that to be very misleading. We did not stay here as planned because it felt very unlivable.

My first impression here is so noise , you can hear someone talking outside even they only whisper and also the sound of the Red Ruby is so terrible. But my impression changed when i met agun. He helped me exceed what profesional can do . If you visit bali please be aware of pickpocketers. I will be back to this hotel. Please give us the most quiet room.

I absolutely loved our stay here - spent a few days there on the last leg of our Bali trip & it was exactly what we needed. To be honest we didn’t really leave the vicinity of the hotel for those days - our time was spent between Cafe Organic (the cafe downstairs), Al Diwan restaraunt (the Lebanese restaraunt that is 10/10) and enjoying the sunset with shisha on the rooftop by the pool each evening. Rooms are very clean, staff super friendly - highly recommend :)
