We came to the empire for 4 days of luxurious living, rest and as a base have a look at Brunei The pros: the space, the views, the grandeur, the pool, the service, tennis courts, badminton courts, squash courts and golf course. It'll feel quiet and peaceful even when busy. The cons: The food is best described as average, with...

Absolutely wonderful service from front desk and concierge, from complimentary upgrades, quiet room, late check out... and assistance rebooking when the follow on plan fell through, re arranging flights etc. Lovely waiting staff, friendly cleaners, trolley drivers etc - wonderful. Beautiful hotel, lots to do, lovely rooms, clean and working. Only let down is the food throughout all the restaurants...

Three of us stayed at this hotel for 7 nights with an access to Executive Club Lounge. The ocean view room was comfortable and our bathroom was spacious. Mini-bar was complimentary and the room came a free wi-fi. We were quite impressed with the lounge -- the food was delicious, the view gorgeous, and the service meticulous. We especially enjoyed...

I went there during my 9 hours transit, i was so hungry and searching for a good place to eat, We were advised that this hotel is the best in the city, the service was so bad, few food options were available and sadly i got the worst food experience ever and it was expensive also.

The hotel is huge made up of a main building and several other annexes with rooms. The rooms are huge and most if not all rooms have a balcony. Plenty of choice for swimming pools, limited choice of places to eat in comparison. The country club itself has a great gym, squash courts, tennis courts, pool and snooker tables. You...

We spent 3 nights in this 5-star hotel, and do not regret it! There is an overall feeling of refinement on the whole resort: the lavish decoration of the main building, the quality of all the materials used, the carefully detailed decoration and furbishment of all the interiors, the impeccably well maintained outdoor spaces and stunning swimming pools. The check-in...

This is a beautiful hotel at the seaside. They have different pools and the ocean is calm and peaceful. When I was there, the clients where mostly from China and Indonesia. The staff is very polite and do everything to please you!

One of the perks of staying here is that you could just do most of the things around the compound of the hotel! We stayed for a few days with 2 kids ( 5 yr old and a 2 yr old) and they seem to enjoy their stay and pretty much the only thing they love was the kids club...

I stayed in a basic room; the electric panel by the bed ran the curtain opening and closing and a diversity of other things including, I suspect, the 'turn on the lights at 2 am to wake you up to go to the airport or ??'. This was not pleasant and affected sleep quality (staff should ensure the previous guest's...
