BE AWARE! We stayed on the 2nd floor right next to (resteraunt/bar?). Someone was feeding seagulls below us - very rude man came out of resteraunt loudly yelling about it. Ruined an otherwise great stay.

I booked this for a weekend vacation. In summer these resort rooms go for $300-400. Location: the property is on the beach. You can walk to the beach from the property. Parking: for guests available. Room: the room is big and spacious. The TV is old and was not working. It has a small glass-top stove, fridge, and microwave. Cleanliness: great. room and property. It has a pool. No free or paid breakfast. Open location to seat and eat.

Very convenient location. It was wonderful to have parking available. The room was great. Some meals we cooked in and some we ate at the great nearby restaurants. The balcony provided a wonderful view of the water!

Pros- updated unit, no carpets, clean updated bathroom, quiet residential location, well maintained pool and common areas, Weber grills. THE BEACH! Excellent location for families with kids who love spending the day on the beach. Great breakfast/lunch place two steps from the building. We also loved having the bedroom separate from the living room/kitchenette. Con- pull out couch wasn’t somewhat bent, making sleeping difficult. Overall, I we enjoyed our stay and would book again.

The motel is right on the beach in a quiet part of Wildwood Crest. We've been to Wildwood 2 other times and the motels are all similar. 60's building with not much updates. Acacia has made some updates. The floors are new LVP, the kitchenette has newish cabinets. Room size isn't bad, there is a large dining table and separate small bedroom. Just like most Wildwood hotels, the curtains are old, the bathroom is dated, the parking spots are small, the popcorn ceilings are there. We didn't get the patronizing hotel rules spiel like other hotels do in Wildwood. Upon arrival the room was clean. Location was amazing. Pool was nice and maintained well. The reason for 3 stars is that the room didn't have a safe, the mattresses were old and uncomfortable. The room was not cleaned our first day there. We asked for replacement towels and manager looked angry. 2nd day maid tried to clean our room but we were in there and asked her to come 1 hr later. When we came back she didn't clean the room again but instead left a garbage bag with towels. We were there 3 nights and garbage was overflowing.

made reservations earlier in the year on the phone for October. was told if the price goes down to call them and they will honor the new price. Price went down, called and was told they are under new management and will not honor what I was told. the work around was to cancel and submit a new request at the lower rate, fair enough. we were looking on the website to see what the current prices were and said their hotel will be closed during the time of our reservations. wfh. no one ever contacted us to tell us that. had we not discovered it ourselves we would have gotten there to a closed building. not much of an apology either. how a place can take a reserveration for time frame they are not even open is beyond me.

Hotel was nice and clean, bathrooms are the only thing that could use an upgrade. Pool is small, not enough chairs. Staff is very nice. Beach is nice but long walk to the water. Wish they had a late checkout until at least 12 or 1 or even half day rate.

This is a really nice family hotel. Great location steps from the beach. This older yet upgraded hotel is very similar in layout to many in the Wildwood area, so not much different from comparable accommodations. Parking under the hotel is a little tight, so if you can use a small to mid-size vehicle you're going to have an easier time than with a large truck. Small lobby, friendly desk staff. There's no ATM there, and it looked like ice was locked up in one of those outdoor ice merchandiser boxes. It wasn't clear if the ice was an extra charge, but we had a full-size refrigerator with a freezer in the room. However, even with the temperature turned all the way up it was difficult to keep things frozen. The refrigerator also had a faint fish smell to it. Small stovetop, sink, and plenty of utensils including a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The bathroom was suitable and clean, and a good supply of towels. The maid checked in to see if we needed more towels or anything. We had the bedroom, two beds, extra sink vanity, closet, large dresser flat screen TV, and plenty of room. The beds were firm. The living area had a large table and 4 chairs, a pull-out couch with an ottoman, and a nice chair. Large flatscreen smart TV. Outlets and USB ports on the end table. Also more drawers for storage. You can see the beach and ocean from the front window. Two resin chairs and a table outside. The one chair broke when I was sitting on it, causing me to fall and cut my leg. They did replace the chair but surprised they didn't do anything else - perhaps a discount. Outdoor lights are a bit harsh and bright at night. Very nice areas with tables, lounge chairs, and umbrellas overlooking the beach. The pool is small, but nice, and unfortunately only open until 8 PM. I felt the pool should have been open later. We bought steaks to cook on the grills, but neither of the grills worked after we tried. Check-in time was 3, we got there a bit later, but our room was ready. Checkout time is 10 - a bit early. I would have liked a later checkout time, 11 or noon. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. A bit more expensive than I would have liked but for the most part it was worth it - the location you could not get any better.

We had a beautiful room facing the ocean at the Acacia this August. The room was clean and fresh when we arrived, with towels, extra pillows, and a clean kitchen. The view was spectacular, and the motel sits right at the entrance to the beach at St Louis Ave, with sand showers galore. The pool was a little worse for wear, but the water was clean and upkept. I wish there has been more seating, and perhaps some shade. In addition, they didn't vacuum our room for the entirety of our stay, which was strange to me for a 5-night stay, and our kids' beds got very sandy as a result. I would stay here again, for sure. There is a coffee shop attached to the hotel next door for cash-only coffee and great breakfasts, and everyone at the Acacia was friendly and accommodating. I recommend this motel highly!

Friendly staff, clean room, plenty of space. Beautiful view of the sunrise. Close to the bay to watch the sunset. Great restaurant next door for breakfast and lunch. Wildwood is our new favorite place to vacation.
