Every morning we woke to a friendly staff already cleaning everything, vacuuming the pool, and greeting us warmly as we drink coffee. The staff works to keep kids and families engaged all day with fun activities. Awesome pool deck with music playing and the pool is perfect. Outdoor natural gas grill with play area for kids. The rooms are kept up well and we really enjoyed the multiple bedrooms and kitchen as well. We cant say enough about how friendly and amazing the staff here is. We will 100% be returning here with our children through the years to this great environment!!!

The best family resort in Wildwood Crest hands down. The staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is filled with love and joy. Brian, the activities director, has events and games lined up on a daily basis for young kids and their families to join. The housekeeping staff are on the top of their game and make sure all of your requests are met on a timely basis. The front desk staff are super friendly and accommodating to all needs, requests, and questions. The pool was wonderful and there are also ping pong tables and mini golf on the main deck. I want to also add the beds are quite comforting as I had back issues before this trip and slept like a baby.
If you are looking for a wonderful stay as a family, this is my top pick. If you decide on this resort motel, you can gladly use my name Noele Eyton-Jones or my mom Anne Benevento as a recommendation.

This is a clean, comfortable beach motel with a very good location. We stayed in a King room with a private balcony overlooking a park offering a clear view of the beach. The room was obviously recently remodeled, the bathroom was immaculate. We had everything we needed. They do provide soap but no shampoo. There is a coffee maker but bring coffee and whatever you put in it with you. Though, the restaurant downstairs does have coffee to go if you can wait until 7AM when they open for your first cup! Their food is pretty good too. The pool was lovely and the mini golf looked great for families with kids. We had a relaxing mini vacation here and would not hesitate to stay again.

Pros - good beach location, nice staff, great for large families, get a few rooms & kids can enjoy pool & mini golf. On site breakfast & lunch restaurant. Cons - long walk to board walk & mattresses are old & hard. They are updating so ask for updated room. Parking available

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We appreciate all feedback and use it to help improve our property and policies as needed. Our reviews and rating clearly showcase the cleanliness of our property. We take great pride in that. Thank you for the kind words as well regarding our staff. We are not perfect but do our best to make our guests happy and want to stay with us again. Our motel is located just a short block right off the beach, does provide a nice view with a park and playground across the street as well as a bike rental shop, which clearly is a great location for families. Also, our 3 room efficiencies are a great size for families as they can sleep up to 8 people, with a bath and a half and a kitchenette. Our restaurant is open daily from 7 am to 3 pm for breakfast and lunch, serving up some great food. We have mini-golf on the deck and our activities director as an added bonus for families with games, prizes, and surprises. We have and are also updating and renovating our property which our guests love since we took over. Unfortunately, we can only do so much each season due to budget and time. And unfortunately, due to Covid-19, we could not fully get to our continued renovations as planned. We are sorry you found the bedding to be uncomfortable. Sleeping comfort is subjective to each individual and many of our guests find the beds to be quite comfortable for their needs. We would have gladly replaced your mattress had we known, but there was no record in our front desk, maintenance, or housekeeping files that you had an issue with your mattress. We cannot resolve an issue if we do not know and unfortunately, you did not tell us. We are located one mile from the boardwalk. Close enough to drive to with plenty of city lots, private, and metered, as well as free street parking. Also close enough to enjoy the amusements, shops, and nightlife, but far enough away to relax and get away from the noise and hustle and bustle. There is one unassigned parking spot available for each room as well. Thanks for your patronage.

My girls group has been staying at The Admiral for years now. Cannot beat the friendly and accommodating customer service, great location (1 block from beach, trolley pickup at corner), well-maintained pool and plenty of activities for families with children. We've stayed in different places in the past but once we discovered this gem it's our go-to year after year.

Motel was very clean .. I stayed here last year also and had a wonderful time with my family and everyone was extremely friendly and acomodating. They just put in a new elevator which is beautiful and also renovated the coffee shop. It was the first weekend opened for the coffee shop. Extremely busy lines out the door. Breakfast still very good. Try to get there early.. Will be back later this summer.....

From the moment we got there we worried about being bitten by something. Place is dated and dingy. Clearly ownership doesn't care about putting back into the property. Looked like some of the units were being used as section 8 housing. Had I known I would have stayed home.

I encourage all guests to bring any problems or concerns to the front desk in the hopes we can resolve any issues you may have. We do have a schedule of repairs and upgrades that we do every year and we want our guests to be happy so if you have suggestions we would love to hear them. We have been going to Admiral for about 4 years now. The staff is great, very responsive and helpful. The very minor issues we had (needed more forks, TV wasn't working) were resolved quickly and efficiently. Admiral is family and pet-friendly with mini-golf, activities, outdoor seating, area for grilling and pool. Room was clean and comfy. Great location one block from the beach. All in all a good experience and we will be back next year!

Hi,
The Budget rooms are on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors. They all have a view of Atlantic Ave which is a residential neighborhood. They do NOT have a pool view of any kind. Please call us and we will answer any other questions you may have.

To answer your question about pet-friendly rooms. We do have some pet-friendly rooms with restrictions. We do not allow pets on certain date ranges, but when we do allow pets, we only allow small dogs up to 25 lb. Also, there is a nightly $25.00 per night pet fee.
There are more places to choose from in the Wildwood Crest area.
