We've stayed at Daytona twice now and have been really satisfied both times. It is not a fancy or high-end experience but it is an exceptional beachside motel. We especially love that they have some of the doo wop architecture and signage Wildwood is famous for!! We've stayed in 2 different room types, the 1br suite which was really convenient for having a separate living space from the bedroom and kitchen facilities and a single queen room, which was small but cozy and still provided a table and chairs, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The rooms are very clean and staff is very happy to accommodate any requests (like extra coffee or even letting us leave our car for a few hours after check out). They also have special prices for the parks available. The beds could be more comfortable, but they're certainly adequate. With 2 pools on site we never felt over crowded. The outdoor shower is amazing and great for getting the sand off before heading back to your room, since the boardwalk is only 2 blocks away it's easy to stop back after a morning at the beach to change before going out for other activities.

Found this gem through a facebook-pop up. Wow, so glad! Our visit took place during Covid and we couldnt be more pleased! First, the place is immaculate. The pool area warm and inviting with great music piped outside. It really was those small touched that made a difference. There was ALWAYS a person visibly cleaning, working, doing something to maintain the facility. The rooms were clean, the location great, the staff friendly.... so many places to stay in Wildwood and we have visited many of them; this by far exceeded our expectations! Bravo to the folks there! Highly recommended!

Two Moms and 3 kids(ages 16-18) just spent a long weekend here and we had a great time! We booked the two bedroom apartment and it was spotlessly clean. We received a daily supply of more towels/TP/paper towels bc we did not request daily maid service. Very friendly and helpful staff at every interaction. Great location! Easy check in! Only negative was ice machine seemed always out of ice, and we had to walk across street to main building to get(or try to get) ice. We had full fridge in our apartment so a few ice trays would have alleviated the need for ice. We would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I have stayed at the Daytona Inn many times because we found it to be very clean and the location very convenient to local attractions. We think that it has changed ownership since our last visit because many new rules have been added . One change that we found inconvenient was the 4pm check in time while checkout remains at 10 am. This restricts access on check in day and seems unfairly late for the daily cost of the rooms that has risen significantly. The usual 2pm check in time affords a four hour transition time which should be sufficient to get rooms ready and still allow customers the time to enjoy that day as well .

This motel is located only a block from the boardwalk. The room was clean. We stayed over 4th of July and watched fireworks on the boardwalk. We stayed in a two bedroom one bathroom apartment across from the main hotel. We stayed in room on 2nd floor. The WIFI was good. Cable TV was offered. Beds were comfortable. Kitchenette was stocked with plates, glass, utensiles, pots, pans, etc. Microwave and refrigerator. We had a balcony that overlooked the main street. No complaints on location. Dining options around the corner. No blowdryer, iron and ironing board were included. A broom would have been helpful too. There was a screen door on the main entry door, but not on balcony. You share the balcony with your neighbors.

I booked and prepaid in advance for 2 adults and upon arrival they charged us 10$ per night extra because we were with our 1 year old son. They could not explain why they charge extra. This is extremely unacceptable. I haven’t seen this anywhere else. They could not even provide us a crib for him. Breakfast is not even included. This makes no sense to us. Obviously our baby did not use any of the amenities…Also, the rooms are very small and we could hear the neighbors very clearly. We do not recommend this place, we won’t be coming back.

Really a nice place very well located near the boardwalk with really friendly and hard working staff. Our apartment (2 bedrooms) was always very clean (bed redone, garbage empty, towel change etc..) The beds were still comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. First off, don't expect room that was given to you when making reservation. When I made our reservation I was told we would get three out of four rooms all together on first floor. When we arrived that was not true. Our rooms were split up. I was a little disappointed. Our rooms were clean and have been updated. Two buildings with two pools. Small parking lot for each building. Stayed here this past week. Love it here! Love that the pool is shut down at 10 PM (pool is covered so no swimming at all!) This promotes quiet time for adults! Clean, great location, friendly staff, great music piped at the pool, check-in was easy/n check out was as well. I give this location at 2 thumbs-up and would def recommend this hotel. They seem to have a very loyal following so book early! A great sign.... repeat customers!

A little jewel ! My wife and I have been going there for years . Although this year was different for everyone they did not disappoint .The rooms were clean and sanitized , precautions were taken and we were not apprehensive at all about our visit . We cannot say enough about the owner John and all his staff , they were all so accommodating and pleasant . I dont want to let people know about this place because it is my wife and my little secret . lol I would like to give more the 5 stars but they will just have to settle for our appreciation . Hello! We have free parking for one car per unit. We only have a limited amount of extra parking spaces and they are available on a first come first serve basis. There is also non metered parking up the side streets of the block where the hotel is located.
There are more places to choose from in the Wildwood area.
