We were very happy with our stay here! The room and pool were clean, staff was friendly, and the walk was short to both the boardwalk and beach. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and the size and setup was perfect for our family of 4.

Daytona Inn saved our vacation. We booked elsewhere, but it was so disgusting that we couldn't stay there. We walked 2 blocks to see if Daytona had a vacancy. Shirley was so sweet, understanding and accommodating. We were set up within minutes. The room was beautiful and very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The pools were clean. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. Quiet hours were upheld and appreciated. This hotel has ample free parking and is only one block from the beach! We were very happy with this hotel and will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Shirley!

Two Moms and 3 kids(ages 16-18) just spent a long weekend here and we had a great time! We booked the two bedroom apartment and it was spotlessly clean. We received a daily supply of more towels/TP/paper towels bc we did not request daily maid service. Very friendly and helpful staff at every interaction. Great location! Easy check in! Only negative was ice machine seemed always out of ice, and we had to walk across street to main building to get(or try to get) ice. We had full fridge in our apartment so a few ice trays would have alleviated the need for ice. We would definitely stay here again!

My daughter and I went down with her friends to celebrate graduating high school . Room was spacious and so clean . Everyone who worked there was so nice and helped when our stove top had an issue . Great location ! Will definitely back !

I booked and prepaid in advance for 2 adults and upon arrival they charged us 10$ per night extra because we were with our 1 year old son. They could not explain why they charge extra. This is extremely unacceptable. I haven’t seen this anywhere else. They could not even provide us a crib for him. Breakfast is not even included. This makes no sense to us. Obviously our baby did not use any of the amenities…Also, the rooms are very small and we could hear the neighbors very clearly. We do not recommend this place, we won’t be coming back.

We've stayed at Daytona twice now and have been really satisfied both times. It is not a fancy or high-end experience but it is an exceptional beachside motel. We especially love that they have some of the doo wop architecture and signage Wildwood is famous for!! We've stayed in 2 different room types, the 1br suite which was really convenient for having a separate living space from the bedroom and kitchen facilities and a single queen room, which was small but cozy and still provided a table and chairs, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The rooms are very clean and staff is very happy to accommodate any requests (like extra coffee or even letting us leave our car for a few hours after check out). They also have special prices for the parks available. The beds could be more comfortable, but they're certainly adequate. With 2 pools on site we never felt over crowded. The outdoor shower is amazing and great for getting the sand off before heading back to your room, since the boardwalk is only 2 blocks away it's easy to stop back after a morning at the beach to change before going out for other activities. …

First off, don't expect room that was given to you when making reservation. When I made our reservation I was told we would get three out of four rooms all together on first floor. When we arrived that was not true. Our rooms were split up. I was a little disappointed. Our rooms were clean and have been updated. Two buildings with two pools. Small parking lot for each building. Also a sitting area with tables and couches and corn hole and a sprinkler was on for kids. Down the block from boardwalk near Doo Wop diner. Housekeeping was busy all day keeping area clean. Enjoyed and will be my place to stay from now on. Better then other place down the block!

I wish I could give them 0 circles. We booked 2 rooms for 4 nights. Our friends couldn't make it so we canceled the reservation for one room. We spoke on the phone to make sure we have one room booked for 4 nights. Guess what???? I drove 3 1/2 hours to Daytona Inn, Wildwood to have a surprise. They canceled both rooms for unknown reason. And they have a room left for 1 night if we want. I don't know what they smoked but they are not the right people to take calls and do reservations. We left Daytona Inn very disappointed...

My wife and I have stayed at the Daytona Inn many times because we found it to be very clean and the location very convenient to local attractions. We think that it has changed ownership since our last visit because many new rules have been added . One change that we found inconvenient was the 4pm check in time while checkout remains at 10 am. This restricts access on check in day and seems unfairly late for the daily cost of the rooms that has risen significantly. The usual 2pm check in time affords a four hour transition time which should be sufficient to get rooms ready and still allow customers the time to enjoy that day as well .
