Perfect location with nice view of Manhattan. Professional and helpfull staff. Easy to go other side of the river with the ferry just in front of the hotel Easy to use car park Large, clean hotel rooms
The hotel has great views of NYC and it sits right on the river. There is a ferry right outside the hotel that takes you across the Hudson into NYC for $9 each way. There is a bar and resturant in the hotel which are ok. The location of the hotel is close to additional restaurants in the area and a Whole Foods for snacks and etc. I would recommend it.
Very nice location. Easy to get on ferry and go to NYC. No refrigerator in room but you can request one. There are no microwaves in room. The pool was warm and had to be reserved due to covid. The staff were friendly. Rooms were clean.
My wife and I stayed at the Sheraton Lincoln Harbor. I used suite nights for an upgrade to a executive suite. What’s great about the hotel: Beautiful views, Chart House and Ruth Cris are in walking distance. What’s bad about the hotel: needs a serious update, the executive suite has uneven floors. I would recommend staying somewhere else.
Stayed at the Sheraton for 5 nights. Personal visit. Overall, satisfied. First night was very noisy due to inconsiderate neighbors to the side and above us. Staff accorded us a second, much quieter room/location (1027) which actually was larger and more accommodating. Ample-sized room, clean, bathroom standard, reasonably sized. Good seating for eating, watching TV. Room had coffee maker, no microwave. Did not have a car. Cannot comment on parking. Gym was well-equipped, generally in good repair, although treadmills could use some maintenance work. Hotel has an indoor pool which requires a reservation. Didn’t use it. Wi-Fi in the room worked well, although it is free only to Bonvoy members. There are a couple of restaurants within easy walking distance, a Ruth Chris and a Thai restaurant. Hotel restaurant served reasonably good food. However, on several occasions personnel got our orders wrong. Staff moved quickly and apologetically to remedy the situations. We had great difficulty reaching the restaurant by phone from our room. The intent was to order breakfast as a take-out, to be consumed in our room. On every morning, we had to call the front desk and ask staff to walk into the restaurant to get our order placed, or go down to the facility ourselves to place our order. Staff was invariably pleasant and customer-oriented.…
The location was excellent for our purposes. Our experience was just Ok. The bed was comfortable, but the furnishings in the room were old and tired. The desk was placed in a way to make it difficult to get to the very small closet. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. The staff in the lobby were very helpful, but the housekeepers kept knocking on the door the morning of our departure, even though it was well before check-out time.
Overall a great stay & helpful staff. We chose this hotel for our family’s spring break because of the close proximity to NYC by the ferry. The rooms felt like it was in the middle of a renovation. The outdated rooms did not match the updated bathrooms. The beds are extremely small& uncomfortable. More like a twin/full size and not a queen size beds. Not the most comfortable sleep for a family of 4. The mini refrigerator was awkwardly placed on the floor in the corner. It would be nice if the room came with a small microwave. There was a microwave in the lobby for all guests. And no wall outlets. Only few outlets available on the table lamps. There were signs posted that states masks were required in common areas like the lobby but we saw very few guests who complied. Other COVID protocols include reserving a time slot (1 hr) for the gym and pool.…
We stopped for a night at the Sheraton Lincoln Harbor Weekawken on our way home from visiting relatives. We were so impressed with the view from our hotel room! Plus, you walk out the back door of the hotel and there's a walking path along the water. We took the path left and went and ate dinner at Chart House a half-mile away. The next morning, we took the path right for about twenty minutes, and had breakfast at Tosti Cafe in downtown Hoboken. As for our hotel room, it was spacious and clean. Plus, I love when hotels have magnifying make-up mirrors in the bathrooms!
The staff here is great!!! The BEDS will KILL your body, you feel all the springs and the pillows are terrible. Every morning I woke up in pain in my neck and back, to be clear, I don't have issues with either body part so it's just the beds. The sink in the rooms drain really slow as well and there was still hair from a previous guest in my sink. The city view rooms have beautiful views, especially at night. I was here for business and although this is a great location to conveniently travel to NYC with the ferry literally steps away, I just can't reccomend staying here if you have other options or you just really love the convenience. The hotel has 1 community microwave all the way in the lobby so you have to travel anytime you want to warm anything, there are no refrigerators in the room and 1 CAN soda is 5 dollars, I do not care how much money I have that is pretty expensive. I was planning on going to a spa before I leave the area but since the beds are so bad it will mess up the relaxation you paid for, so I'll wait. 1 more thing, if your a gym enthusiast like myself, be prepared to wait because the gym is very small & usually crowded, it was a pass for me because covid is still real. Speaking of covid, there are signs for masks everywhere but I only recall seeing 1 sanitizer dispenser in the hotel and you could miss that as you are walking into the lobby, but yet they say they are still in covid protocol when it comes to the microwaves and refrigerators. …
Easy check in and out by a very friendly front desk staff. The room was clean but standard as far as hotel rooms go. Nice bed, clean bathroom and a quiet location. Located in the Weehawkeen Cove on the Hudson River with easy access to New York City via the Lincoln Harbor Ferry located right outside the hotel door. Nice views of the New York City skyline along the harbour. A nice stay
