Everything was great! Quick, easy check out, accessible to shopping, food and attractions! Awesome spot and awesome staff. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable yet convenient central location.
Very clean hotel. Breakfast could be improved upon. I would have appreciated a hotel cereal because it was very cold. The staff is very friendly and the.hotel is well staffed qith housekeeping staff. Will stay there again.
If breakfast is important to you, bring it with you. The check-in and out was normal. Room clean, ice machine worked. Parking is dark. It sounded like a party was going on in a room a few doors down, but I couldn't hear it except in the hall.
Would recommend NOT staying here, hotel was awful and even at the cheap price was not worth it. Nothing worked had to switch rooms to one that had half of the lights turn on. AC broke in both rooms, ALL of the towels were not clean and had numerous different hair on them. Doors were full of holes covered by tape. Mold in the bathrooms. No security when entering the building, the key entry on moth sides was broken. Awful place just awful.
staff was very rude, and not willing to do their job. Had a hard time to check in and even worse to check out. while waiting for check in, 3 different people asked for their stay to be canceled. will not recommend.
This hotel had a hostile vibe from the moment we entered the lobby. There were signs every where about how there was only continental breakfast, the pool is closed "for the rest of the year,' they'd be collecting $100 damage deposit, and to "smile you're on camera" in public places. Makes you wonder what kind of stuff goes on in this hotel that they are so defensive. The hallways smelled like cigarettes. The breakfast was like 3 yogurts, a few bagels, and several OPEN and rotting bananas in a basket. In the guest room itself the bathroom was unsafe. The grab bar in the tub was falling out of the wall exposing sharp rusty screws and unusable if you were to slip in the shower. The towel rack was also falling out of the wall and actually fell onto my 6 year old when she took a towel down after her shower. There is a reason this hotel is the least expensive option in the area. Stay somewhere else. …
Rundown and dated building. Not at all welcoming. Room was “well used”. No towels on rack, just one used washcloth hanging. No tissues. TP holder missing, damaged bathroom door, noisy AC. Reported to front desk. Was told someone would bring towels and tissue. 4 hours later, nothing. I ended up checking out, without spending the night. No manager on duty over the weekend. Called on Monday - Manager would not refund any money, because she was told that I was offered a different room.
bad breakfast: there was only some bread and jam, some low quality juices. but i wasn't pleased with the face that there was no water. not very clean, but it's not THAT bad. it's still a place to stay. it didn't smell bad, but there was a slight musty smell about the hotel.
Everything in the room was dirty. This included the carpeting, bedding, surfaces, shower, shower curtain, refrigerator, etc. There was a screw sticking out of the door lock. I felt unsafe. The whole hotel smelled including the air blowing out of the AC unit in my room. Also, the pool was advertised as open but it was closed and had been that way for the whole summer.
The rooms was very dirty and my children and I were not comfortable at all. The lady on check in was very nice and the young man that checked me out was very understanding. That we did not want to continue our stay and understood completely the reason.
