This is a beautiful old inn located in the lovely town of Spring Lake. It is a 3-block walk to the beach and when you are strolling around town, you are in the midst of a picture perfect location with old historic homes, lakes, and well manicured lawns. We stayed in a queen suite with a view of the ocean....

This old hotel met our needs perfectly. We were on the third floor so I got my exercise! The bedroom was not large but the bathroom was very big. The service was excellent and the location was perfect for us. Spring Lake is lovely any time of year.

What a great find. Only 2 blocks from the ocean but does not have that Jersey shore feel.. Hotel sits on Spring Lake. Hotel is old but updated. We had a third floor lake view suite. Would highly recommend.

Finding this place was easy, leaving this place was hard. I booked a 4 day stay, wound up paying for another day because my boyfriend and I loved it so much(young couple). As soon as we got into the Victorian Queen with a balcony we were pleased, the room was great, the view was beautiful with a nice pond and...

Enjoyed a wonderful weekend in an adorable room in the Hewitt Wellington in Spring Lake, NJ. The room was beautifully decorated in pale yellows and soft greens and it had 19th century charm as well as modern amenities such as TV, refrigerator, safe, modern bath facilities, continental breakfast and free wi-fi. From the porch, the view overlooked the lake and...

We were in Room 10; had everything we needed. Breakfast is a continental buffet; plenty of common rooms downstairs if you'd like to work or do emails, etc. Lovely view of the lake. Close to everything at the shore. I heard the mgr. offer beach chairs to a guest (we were off season but it was warm). Very helpful staff...

My husband and I needed a little alone time and found this place on Groupon. We had a fantastic weekend even though it rained for the majority of Saturday. It cleared up around 4:30 so we took the short walk to the beach. On Sunday we had a lovely day and had a chance to walk around the lake that...

We arrived about 3 pm on a Sunday afternoon and were greeted by a friendly desk clerk. She showed us up to our room and explained how the heat/air conditioning worked and pointed out the amenities in the room. Every time we encountered staff they were friendly and treated us like family. My room had its own private second floor...

The staff was very pleasant. The room was nice but needed some updating. The room needed some cosmetic fixing with paint. We stayed in the lake view room which was beautiful especially to have your morning coffee on the balcony.

We stayed in room 17 which was very comfortable. It didn't have much of a view, but we spent the daylight hours exploring lovely Spring Lake, so that wasn't a problem. The marble bathroom was attractive, but struck me as a bit slippery. Thankfully there were little rugs on the steps to help solve that problem. The only thing we...
