Visited the Colonial Inn at Historic Smithville Village for a Birthday weekend with my wife. The Inn and its staff were warm and inviting. Stayed in the Woolf Suite Room 205. The room was clean, historic, homelike and romantic. Was very impressed. The continental breakfast, provided in a wicker basket was rather quaint. Felt like I stepped back to a...

I've never attended a bed and breakfast before but if this is what it is like then I am all in. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. Breakfast was provided for you in a cute basket. They had snacks for the afternoon and the room was simply adorable. I loved that everything is within walking distance; food, games and...

I needed a hotel between Ocean Grove and Cape May. I wanted something quaint and not a roadside motel. I decided on the Smithville Inn and was not disappointed. I am a senior single woman and requested a room in the main house. I enjoyed the feel of being in a historical home with wood floors, quilted flower bedspread, and...

We have stayed several times and like to get a different room each time. It's always clean and decorated perfect for the historic village feel. The staff is the friendliest and most helpful you will come across.

Smithville Village is a group of 70 little shops . There are 8 rooms in the hotel itself, 8 in the Barn and 2 buildings with 2 suites each. We stayed in the suites. They were right in the middle of the village, Room was spacious with microwave and fridge. There is a lovely patio with table and chairs. Continental...

My husband and I stayed here for our first anniversary (intended to be more of a honeymoon) and it was wonderful! The room was clean and well appointed, the staff was very accommodating (we had a late check-in and check-out), and the complementary items from the other shops were wonderful! Definitely found my new favorite soap. We have been coming...

Checkin person was nice and personable. She didn't tell the wifi password and most places do, but we found it in the room. Had the Great Bay room, which is in the main inn building. Beautiful room and awesome bathroom (five shower heads!) Had a deck but didn't use it due to biting flies. However, the smell when entering the...
