This is only the SECOND bad review I have ever left. I simply do not do it unless absolutely deserved. I live in the area... I was stressed out to the max and needed a night away and my body hurt so I found a room with a Jacuzzi Tub in it. I paid a premium for it but needed it. $180 for a room in Runnemede, NJ but I took the hit. THE JETS WERE GLUED IN PLACE on LOW so that you could NOT change the setting of the jets. I had a tub almost exactly like this one so I know exactly how they work. I could've spit through a straw into the tub and it would've been more effective that this jacuzzi tub that I paid so much money for. After simply soaking in basically a non jetted tub I was just going to go to sleep because I did not want to create a hassle and it was close to 12am at this point. I went over to the desk and there ANTS EVERYWHERE. This in itself would not have been a huge deal because ants are always everywhere but coupled with the waste of money on tub that virtually did not work I left. I simply gave the guy at the counter my key card and told him what was wrong and walked out. I emailed Wyndham and recounted my experience and asked for a refund. They told me they would contact the hotel. A few days later I received a reply from the hotel itself that looked as if an 8 year old child wrote it. Misspelled words, no capitalization whatsoever and completely incorrect grammar. They told me that they could have changed rooms had I requested it and the jets work fine. When I booked on Expedia it said it was the LAST ROOM AVAILABLE so that factored into my simply leaving. I did not spend more than 5 hours in the room and never slept in it and the jets dribbled water like a faucet you did not realize you left on SLIGHTLY. I have traveled all over the world and have stayed in hostels with strangers and I have NEVER had such a horrible experience in a hotel anywhere in the world. THEY REFUSED MY REFUND REQUEST FOR A DIRTY NON WORKING ROOM. DO NOT STAY HERE. There are plenty, more than plenty of other options in the area. IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 stars I would.

As the world is tested by the devastating tragedy of Covid-19, I have found that the Days Inn Runnemede is a comfort during this public health crisis. Like everyone, my new normal includes a face mask, gloves and social distancing. Fortunately, I am a business traveler whose work can be performed at home. Thankfully, the Days Inn Runnemede is a clean, safe and convenient place for me to socially distance and to concentrate on my work without worry. The hotel is near both a CVS and a WaWa so I am able to pick up necessities whenever I need them. In addition, the hotel WiFi is wonderful, allowing me to meet all of my professional deadlines as well as keep abreast of ever-changing news developments. Further, the staff is courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. For me these important professional traits are a welcomed asset amidst this maddening time. I consider hotel employees essential yet often unappreciated workers. I am grateful that the Days Inn Runnemede has made my stay pleasant and comfortable, a vital contrast during a scary time. I highly recommend the Days Inn Runnemede.

Neal, the owner & his wonderful family treat you as if you were the only one there...even tho the sell out just about every night..that's how great it is here. It's a small hotel, so you feel the warm & comfortable feeling here. I've been here quite a while, from April 2020. My recent stay at this location was very comfortable and relaxing. Staff was very pleasant and check in was rather quick, even gave insight on future reservations. Rooms were adequate, needs some work in few areas in rooms but still comfortable.
