This is overall a great hotel. I have stayed here for visits of less than a week, and for visits longer than a week. The gym/indoor pool facility is a plus as are the food choices within the hotel. There is a Starbucks concession in the lobby. Located in Forrestal Village, there are other shops and restaurants within walking distance.... More

Stayed here two nights while visiting Princeton U. I rebooked my room about 2 weeks out because the prices had dropped. Got the executive king for less than my original regular room. But when I got there I found that the executive food room was open to everyone although they were not publicizing this. There is no executive lounge. Rather... More

I was staying at another hotel in the Princeton area (Crowne Plaza) and just switched over to the Westin today. I was pleasantly surprised by the well-sized rooms, full bath, and nice decor. The location is close to a mini outdoor mall too - which I have yet to explore. Dinner at the Parallels 40 restaurant was also delicious. Try... More

My wife and I attended a wedding at this hotel and stayed there for one night. Everything about the beautiful wedding hall and guest room was impressive. We only had two issues: 1. There were 2 phone call charges to my room that I did not make. 2. The low-flow shower was extremely disappointing. I understand the need to save... More

Family trip with In-laws. Checked the room and found matted hair in the shower and used robe tossed on bed. Did not want to upset the family so we cleaned it up ourselves. Mentioned it at checkout and management was upset that it happened and gave us bonus spg points. Food was really good overall but salmon was over cooked.... More

Unfortunate that this property changed hands so many times and now bears the once-proud Westin name. Although we as SPG members were upgraded to the (unmanned) executive?/Club? floor, the rooms were extremely small. Really not even enough space to open up the luggage cart. When I moved a desk lamp to read something, I saw a dead bug sitting on... More

Thank you for writing a review of your recent experience. We are disheartened to read that we were unable to meet your expectations. Most everything about the hotel is really terrific – the rooms are clean and comfortable, the amenities are great, the beds are awesome, the location is great, and I love the fitness room. However, I had work I needed to do that involved sending emails. Despite being entitled to sign up for the top tier internet service as part of... More

I would like to say how lovely it is to not only receive a delicious beverage, but to have it be prepared with genuine kindness and care. Kenny at Starbucks is that thoughtful barista! May be the best place around Princeton. Pretty noisy with weddings, parties, etc. on weekends. Starwood Preferred Guest floor snacks, coffee, food, etc. were nice. Would probably stay here again if in Princeton.

Its your average Westin, not a great one (like Shanghai) or a depressing one but good. The building has been home to many chains before settling for the Starwood group. Good access to restaurants including Tre, this place tends to be very heavy on the business traveler guest.
