We stayed here overnight while visiting the university. We were in the Baldwin Suite, which was perfect for a couple and a high-school age son. It was spacious and very comfortable. There was information on hand about local restaurants, and we enjoyed our conversations with Therese, who checked us in when we arrived and then made us a wonderful breakfast... More

Convenient, comfortable, historically significant, well maintained, clean, little gem. A historic property that still has loads of interesting architectural details to make it interesting, with loads of modern amenities to make it comfortable by today's standards. The real draw, the innkeepers. Mason and Patty are excellent hosts and know how to run a B&B. They anticipate every need, and are... More

Have been traveling to Lawrenceville for years and somehow have not known about the Inn at Glencairn. On a last minute one night stay happened across the Inn and spoke with owner Patty by phone. From the first contact she made me feel welcomed. The property is well maintained, beautifully appointed, and wonderfully staffed by owners Patty and Mason. The... More

My wife and I enjoyed an unfortunately-brief one-evening-stay at the Inn last week. In an area that is quite starved for quiet and comfortable accommodations, Patty and Mason have created an oasis. Our room (#2, I think?) was beautifully appointed, quiet, and very comfortable (with a very spacious bathroom), the public areas were spotless and full of character, and our... More

Girls weekend was spend at this delightful Inn. The inn keepers could not have been better hosts. We felt welcome from the moment of arrival and spent quality time in the cozy and historic common areas of the inn. Many wonderful and fresh treats were available any time you needed a bite. Patty and Mason were terrific. Breakfast was delicious... More

I spent 2 night/3 days recently with Patty and Mason traveling in the NJ area for business. Both mornings instead of meetings, I wanted to either stay in my comfortable bed, enjoy seconds, thirds, fourths of Patty's homecooking, or just relax in one of the sitting rooms that takes you back a few hundred years. The property is immaculate and... More

Great location; comfortable room; clean; excellent breakfast; pleasant Inn keepers. Highly recommend. Close to Princeton U and Lawrenceville School. Nice grounds with ample parking. We definitely would return and make reservations well in advance.

I have had the distinct pleasure to stay at the Inn at Glencarin for the last 3 days and it has been the best stay I've ever had away from home. The owners were away when I first arrived, but their Inn Keeper, Terese met me as I approached the door with a warm welcome and her beautiful smile. I... More

We spent the weekend as a family at this absolutely perfect inn. Patty provided a glamorous custom dinner in the elegant dining room while Mason took care of our every need. Both of them made the birthday girl feel very special. We are a well-traveled family and all agreed the inn is immaculately maintained, with comfortable bedding and luxurious linens,... More
