This hotel needs a lot of work, horrible unsecured internet connection when it decided to work, dark drabby rooms, cracks in the bathtub, clueless front desk. Did not eat the continental breakfast so I can’t review. Nice pool if weather is warm, one good thing was the price, you pay for what you get.

Rooms were outdated and dirty. Non smoking room smelt like smoke. Burn holes were in the blanket and curtains. The internet didn’t work. Paint was peeling and molding was missing. Staff was rude. Would not suggest this hotel to anyone!

For what i paid for, it was very good. I stayed at the smaller outside part of the hotel and I had a twin Full bed room for 2 adults, one car. Pros: Great customer service! Rooms were clean with plenty of clean towels, new toilet paper, and fresh sheets. Samsung LCD 25" tv with HDMI port and Direct TV working great. Pool was good and cool for 75 degree weather. Free parking and a good amount of spaces. Hot breakfast with good eggs, sausage and bagels with OJ and cranberry juice and Waffles that was actually very good No bad smells of any kind, probably in bigger building, small outside hotel rooms didn't smell at all (based on other reviews) Included hair dryer, microwave, mini coffee maker and a empty minifridge!! Cons: One of the beds was broken and were sunk in at one side so we had to sleep in one bed and didn't report it to the staff because we noticed it after our first night stay and didn't want to be blamed for it. Under the bed was filthy and were gonna put our shoes there but we put them somewhere else, underneath the dresser was also pretty dirty. Had wifi but was far and unreliable, not to mention low bars on my cellphone (I have Verizon, had 4g with one bar) The shower was definitely usable but we couldn't use the tub due to the ugly rust stain around the drain, we had sandals so our feet wouldn't touch it. No towel rack next to bathroom door due to it being broken off and looked kinda ugly. (There is a smaller one next to the shower you can use but small) Carpeting was popping up a little bit probably due to the water damage caused by guests who use the pool or getting back from the beach. Breakfast ran from 8AM-10PM, very short window for breakfast. Pool could be a little cleaner since it was a little cloudy. A lot of the Cons were just maintenance issues with the decor of the place but honestly, very good hotel!! Hotel staff were nice and pleasant, and also a little convenience store at the front desk in case you need something (medicine, condoms, etc). All this place needs is a touch up or a slight remodel to be the perfect hotel for our next 3 day weekend vacation. Keep up the good work, guys!!!

This is my first review about any Hotel or Motel reservation process. Well, it is the time of year I book my yearly treck to the ocean from the woods of Central New York. The process of reserving a room is tedious at best; sometimes down right frustrating...today I called Wyndham Rewards and got right through. Pleasant woman by the name of "Maggie" took care of me. She was efficient, patient, knowledgeable and welcoming. My reservation experience was the best ever for this well seasoned traveler. After about a half hour after I got off the phone with Wyndham, I was unsure if a booked the room I wanted being in the tower and east facing. I called the AC property directly and got through almost immediately. The gentlemen I spoke with was again very knowledgeable, friendly and most accommodating. He booked me in a top floor, tower room east facing, just as I requested. The whole process was done within 5 minutes...A great experience that I had to share...mostly because it "like never happens"!!!

My girlfriend and I stayed there last night and were not impressed with the overall quality of the hotel. The staff is nice but the upkeep of the room we stayed as well as the building left much to be desired. Cons: 1. Hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. 2. Elevators and elevator call buttons are from year 1 3. 3/6 of the lights in the room did not work. The standing lamp's fixture wasn't secure and the switch was jammed and locked in place, unable to be operated. The two above the night stands did not work either. 4. The bathroom door did not stay shut and would swing open on its own. 5. The sink faucet requires a very forceful turn to actually shut off, otherwise it continues to run. 6. There was NO hot water for a bath/shower. 7. Also bath continues to fill even though the shower is selected. Pros: 1. Proximity to Atlantic City was nice with not being inside the chaos of the city. 2. The staff was nice. Overall: This hotel is NOT WORTH the price we paid to stay there for even one night. This was not a nice place to stay in by any means and the only thing this hotel has going for it is the location. If you have ANY other options, I would suggest them over this hotel. This Ramada is in DESPERATE need of renovations. If I could give this place less than a star I would. Sorry, not sorry.
