We enjoyed our stay at this conveniently located hotel with on site parking. Only a half block to boardwalk, eateries, and amusements.The staff was so friendly and accomadating, the hotel room clean with all necessities available, the beds comfortable. I will definitely use this hotel again.

It all started with my initial call to Ocean7 and spoke with Steven. I called a few times with many questions trying to put together a last minute mini get -away for my family. Steven was not only professional and courteous but he answered every one of my questions accurately! He provided the best prices as I suggest calling and making reservations direct rather then using an OTA (on line travel agency/Booking.com etc.) He walked me through the details of the rooms as well as helped me pick a great room location for my family! When I arrived at noon, Kiersten was very helpful and provided the information we needed for a great stay in addition to providing a beach badge for that day even tho' check in wasn't until 3pm! After I returned from the beach, I went to my room and noticed there were only three towels and I had 5 adults staying in the room. I called down for more towels and they arrived in five minutes - and more towels then we needed! The iron was leaking so I called the front desk and within 10 minutes a new one (still in the box) was delivered to my room. While the room was a bit tight for five adults the configuration of the rooms made it doable for us. The room (#304) was decorated in a beach 'vibe' nicely done and meticulously kept and the hotel COVID friendly! Very welcoming! We all had a very nice stay - can't say enough about Ocean 7! Thanks again Kiersten & Steven for all your help! I would definitely return!

The deciding factor in booking this property was the location and it did not disappoint! It is steps to the boardwalk which made everything so much easier! We were able to walk to restaurants for our meals; George's had a great breakfast and we usually ate at Promenade Food Court while at the beach. Beach tags were included as well as parking and we rarely had to leave the premises! The pool was warm and inviting and cleaned nightly to remove sand from beachgoers! Room 308 was clean and updated; the bathroom was tiny as was the kitchen but the location made up for any inconveniences. Had an issue with the toilet clogging a few times but the hotel staff immediately handled the problem. The room was not cleaned daily but when supplies were requested they were delivered quickly. And yes, the elevator was slow but the stairs were easy to take. Would come back to this property again.

Clean and comfortable room. Great location! The pool was nice and warm and my daughters had a blast swimming. Extra precautions for COVID 19 were enforced consistently. My only complaint is what a hard time we got when asking for extra blankets. I understand there are limitations with COVID 19 but we had a room with 2 queen beds in one room (where my parents and young daughters slept) and a pull out couch on the other (where I slept). No comforters were provided, but there was a light blanket between two sheets on each bed. We requested 3 extra blankets and were begrudgingly given 2 and were reminded that there are blankets between the sheets. I did not unfold the pull out couch so I used none of those sheets/blankets and needed a blanket to sleep on the couch and my father, who is diabetic, gets very cold no matter what the temp is, as do my young daughters who slept in the queen beds with my parents. We dealt with what we were given though. Other than that, it was our second time staying and we will definitely be back!

It was a decent hotel. The only drawback was the bathroom setup with the sink in the kitchen area and not the bathroom. The hairdryer is right in the small kitchen area and I hated to do my hair because I didn’t want hair in the food. Would have been very helpful if they had a mirror in the bedroom. I don’t know why they don’t . The Pull out bed was uncomfortable but the bedroom was a decent size and pretty nice .We enjoyed our stay and staff was nice.

From the moment we arrived until the time we left, Ocean 7 exceeded our expectations. Kirsten checked us in efficiently, had a bright smile and was professional and friendly. Our room, #307 was beautifully decorated, clean, and larger than we expected based on the photographs. All requests made to the front desk were responded to instantaneously. We slept through the night without hearing any noise from our neighbors. The bathroom is very small.
The Wi-Fi was good and I was able to get a few hours of work done without connectivity issues.
The swimming pool was clean and warm and did not have an over-chlorinated smell that we have experienced at other hotel pools.
The proximity of the hotel to the boardwalk i was perfect! We were literally a stone’s throw from the boardwalk, Kohr Bros, & George’s restaurant (enjoyed a delicious breakfast).
We had a great experience at Ocean 7 and would stay there again!

The place was clean and accommodating. Our daughter has autism and ADHD and is full of energy (as well as an elopement risk). You are right at the boardwalk with this motel. So if we had a meltdown at the beach, we could come back for quiet time in the room without having to make a trek blocks away. You are also right by the original manco and mancos (Mack and Mancos pizza) and a Kohrs bros ice cream, with the wonderland amusement park right their as well. With her limited diet, we had a small kitchenette to cook her food in (microwave and stovetop), as well as a bathtub/shower combo (a lot of beach houses have just showers). We always try to look into Airbnb’s, but they always have too many trinkets around the house she could break/way too many to hide. This place: Not too many trinkets around that we couldn’t hide in a cabinet and sturdy concrete building to put up with our daughters stomping and running without disturbing others. The front desk was always helpful for any questions about the area and housekeeping was courteous if we needed extra blankets as our daughter loves deep pressure. So really…the place is what you would expect on the outside, as a motel. And it definitely has a mixture of clientele, but the motel staff act like hotel staff while you are there, and the rooms are beautifully stage in different decors like a BNB might do. We were able to book a 3night stay this past week and lived it. Most houses make you book a minimum 5night stay up to a week…this is too long for our daughter to be off routine, so we appreciated the option of the 3night stay booking. Currently they are only allowing a 5night stay booking for next year, but in November the next years booking is fully released, so we will see if we can snag a 3night stay again. Ps-Room 204 was very nice. Check out the pictures in their website and booking direct saved us the most money over the other sites…also nice to cut out the middle man sometimes. Loved it and will hopefully be a yearly stay if the 3night stays come back. :)

Ocean7 was everything we needed for our family vacation. It was perfect! We stayed in rm 404, which was a queen bed one bedroom suite with a kitchenette and bathroom and living room.
First of all, we are very scrutinizing when it comes to cleanliness and this suite exceeded our expectations! Floors were clean, all the furniture looked clean and new. Kitchen was clean and ready to use.
We were traveling with our 15 month old baby, and the full fridge was a must. We filled the fridge with tons of beverages, fresh food and fruit for the baby. We used the kitchen facilities everyday and it was really convenient.
The pool was great, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a minor issue with the toilet on our second day and the maintenance person came immediately. Very nice.
You can't beat the location. Literally steps away from the boardwalk, a Kohr's bros, entrance to the beach, a short walk to the best breakfast place in Ocean City (OC Surf Cafe).
A few other things...
My MIL was with us to help with the baby, and she slept on the pull out couch. She said it was pretty comfortable and she slept well.
If I had to say anything negative, I'd really be nitpicky to say that the pool was a bit overheated. Felt like we were stepping into a hot tub on a hot day! Also there are no daily housekeeping services. You have to call each day to have towels brought to your room, and if you place trash and used towels outside your room, they collect them.
I thought that it was going to be an inconvenience but actually I enjoyed the privacy in our room and feeling like we could be there whenever we wanted and not have to contend with the housekeeping schedule. They were very quick to bring anything we needed to the room immediately, so it actually turned out OK.
We all loved our stay at the Ocean 7 and thought it was well worth the money! We will definitely be staying here again of we return to Ocean City!

Reserved 4 one bedroom units for a family vacation consisting of 8 adults and 5 children 4 mts to 8 years. Checkin was flawless, staff was friendly, and the short walk to the beach, boardwalk and amusements could have not have been better. Our rooms were spacious and clean when we arrived. Because of covid daily cleaning service was not available, however, if we needed clean towels or whatever and asked for them, they were promptly replenished. I found the bed to be comfortable and ample storage available for clothing, food, toiletries, etc. The refrigerator kept everything as cold, and the room's air conditioning worked perfectly fine. I was surprised to see an ironing board and iron in the closet and can only imagine it as being useless mainly because a not too clean broom and dustpan were on the the floor resting on the iron and board which then made the iron and board not too clean as well. I would recommend an iron and board be available either from the front desk upon request or in the laundry room.
