I like the property. It is easy to get to from EWR via Penn Station. One reason I chose this hotel was because of the advertisement on the web site for the rooftop restaurant/bar area. Sounded like a nice place to relax and enjoy views of the NYC skyline. When I go to the hotel

Cindy, the Ironbound district has fantastic food, especially Portuguese. Yes only two blocks away from the Prudential center to EWR Penn Station, since we are attached to the Prudential Center, it makes a nice walk there. I want to apologize for the plumbing issue, and also for the restaurant charges. We are working on it, and soon we are going to be able to charge to the room. Thank you for your review and have a great day.

Hello! The rooftop is an excellent feature of this hotel. Unfortunately, the third party restaurant that was operating it closed for business. We are now in the process of working on the liquor license; we should be getting it within the next month so. I am thrilled to know you liked the hotel.

JoBean, I am very sorry about the noise, and the way the front desk handled the situation. Please give other IHG hotels another opportunity. Thank you for taking the time to write and I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
