Eazy in and out. No hassle. Quiet. Wooded. Clean. Great place to study or just relax. Nothing fancy, but everything I needed! Perfect. Deer and fields outside my window. Cons: (minor) Old fashioned window box heat. Little bathroom shelving. Industrial toilet. Can't really walk to town and its great restaurants. Neilson Hall right across the street is decent for dining...

Friendly reception. Free parking in front of the Inn was appreciated. The room was clean, but the bed could have been better. Clean bathroom, but the shower was not enjoyable due to inadequate water pressure. I appreciated the view from my room to trees, nature, and snow... Overall, this is a pleasant place to base yourself in the Rutgers area...

Perfect place to stay when you have more to do than spend your day in the hotel. Clean, comfortable and easy to get to. Super friendly staff and maid service. I look forward to staying there again. Great experience.

Nice large room. Kind staff. Conveniently located inside Rutgers and near New Brunswick center. I arrived early and the hotel staff was kind enough to allow me a 3 hour earlier check in. In total good value for money.

Great little hotel on the edge of the Douglas Campus in New Brunswick. Very convenient (walking distance) to the performing arts center. Be aware though that food options are limited. There is coffee in the morning, a well-stocked sundries shop with good snack and light food options, and one of the dorms nearby has food service (Nielsen Dining Hall), however...

This was my 5th stay at the Rutgers University Inn and Conference Center. As has been the case each time I have stayed here, the facilities were excellent, the staff was attentive and polite, and the rooms were clean and well appointed. Thank you for making the retreat weekend a highlight each year!

Rutgers' Inn was a cosy, quiet surprise between Cook and Douglas campuses. Campus life all around, for me it was a beautiful wonderland of treasured places to find old mansions, the best of anything a simple student diet would need served with graciousness by a diverse body of students and locals. The room was clean and comfortable. Service was everything...

For anyone visiting Rutgers' New Brunswick campuses, the University Inn and Conference Center is a good choice for lodging. The rooms are pleasant and extremely clean. They offer refrigerators and microwaves. The bathrooms are dated, but again clean. Staff were pleasant. The University Inn is a better option than other inexpensive hotels in East Brunswick and nearby locales.

We apologize for your recent stay where you experienced some issues with noise. I'm not sure why the guests you mention were walking around in strange costumes. It also appears as if you werent' allowed into your room until 4:30, which is not the norm as well. Our check in time is 4:00pm.
