Very conveniently located close to I-95 and 295. Outside corridors and the rooms are well appointed with microwave and frig. Close to Philadelphia and the staff is very professional. It is well priced and the place is clean and well maintained.

This hotel is average for the price (cheap). My expectations are realistic, so I will say that the room is small but decent. My complaint is that the hotel advertises "free continintal breakfast," but upon checking in, I was informed that there is no breakfast. Yes, there is a disclaimer that states that "due to COVID 19, some services (including food and beverages) MIGHT not be available." It is now mid-October, 2020, and we are about seven months into this "pandemic." How long are hotels like this Choice Hotel Econolodge going to continue to advertise Free Breakfast when, in fact, there is no free breakfast, and how long are they going to use the Corona virus as an excuse to continue to charge guests the same rates for less service? The hotel's own transaction receipt still states that free breakfast is included in the price of the room. How long would it take, or how difficult would it be to correct the information on the website to reflect the current (and into the foreseeable future) situation? Instead, they prefer to just do nothing, knowing that they are pulling in budget-minded cutomers through false advertising? I am sure that it is profitable to reap the extra cash earned by not providing the promised service and not doing so with impunity. I, for one, do not appreciate selecting a marginally satifactory hotel for my accommodations because they offer a free breakfast only to find out that they don't. Unhappy Camper in NJ

I should have stayed next store, for the same price, or paid a little more & stayed somewhere else. This place is vile! There was mold on the mirror, ceiling & around the outlets. The bathroom doorknob was falling off & bugs on the ceiling. The “free WiFi” doesn’t exist because all it kept saying was “can’t connect”. The breakfast was white bread you had to toast yourself & stale mini muffins. Every member of the staff that I dealt was rude & barely spoke English. No thank you! If I ever come to area again, there’s not a chance in hell I would stay here. I’d rather sleep in my car, it’s a hell of a lot cleaner.

Not sure exactly why it took 20 minutes to check me in at midnight, or why the room smelled like a 4:20 festival, or why we were greeted by a drug dealer in the parking lot— these amenities were not provided in the hotel description — but it it certainly made for an interesting Dateline-like episode. Don’t need to say anything about the room as the ambiance of the place sufficiently gave us the heebie-jeebies - the door looked like it had enough divots from what seemed like a number of previous break in attempts. I guess it’s what Choice Hotels offers these days — cheap isn’t worth this place - unless you want crystal meth (it’s available around midnight).

Nicely updated room, or it appeared to be, good space and clean, comfortable bed, always an added plus with refrigerator and microwave. Very modest breakfast if you would call it that, only consisted of mini muffins and bread, plus coffee.
