Had to be in Union City, NJ for a one day business meeting and was looking for a reasonably priced and conveniently located place to stay. The Holland Hotel ended up being perfect for this trip. I stayed in a 2nd floor room facing the main road/Holland Tunnel entrance and it was clean and quiet and I found the bed...

Good points about this hotel: 1) Free parking 2) Very close to New York city 3) Rooms & Bathrooms are spacious and clean 4) Friendly and helpful staff Negative Points: 1) We were given a basement room which was really suffocating and stinky, it had weird smell. May be as it was near to the Hotel's laundry room 2) At...

Came to NYC for a quick weekend trip and found this hotel right outside of the city. The price was reasonable, the staff was very accommodating, and the room was clean. The location was very convenient, with only about a 5 minute walk to the subway into the city. We would certainly come back.

We planned a quick trip to NYC to see the Thanksgiving parade. Being on a very tight budget we decided our best option would be to stay outside of Manhatten. I found this hotel on TA and seen it was withen walking distance of the Path to take into the city, it included free parking and breakfast. We were all...

Stayed for one night in this hotel. Front desk staff was very nice, courteous and well behaved. Room size was big. Hotel provided free parking, free wi-fi and free breakfast. Hotel is located near Holland Tunnel and Newport Mall. Would like to stay again during my next visit.

For the price, I wasn't expecting much, but what a surprise. We arrived late off the train from Montreal but the lady on reception was friendly and had us checked in and in our room quick smart. The room looked out onto 12th Street which is right at the Holland Tunnel toll plaza...but we had no problems with noise. The...

We stayed at the Holland Hotel the week-end of 11/4-6/2016 and could not have been happier with our choice. This was our first stay at the Holland and guided by on-line reviews, we thought we were making a wise decision. Once at the Hotel, we had that confirmed way beyond our expectations. Our very positive experience started with as pleasant...

The hotel is just 2 blocks away from the Holland Tunnel (10 minutes away from Manhattan), there is a free car parking and there are many options for shopping and dinning around. A great option for those who travel by car and do not want to expend a lot of money in accomodations in Manhattan. The room was clean and...

The hotel is a bit far from subway station. Compare with those located at Manhattan area, just few more station you can get lots more like free car park, breakfast (actually they provide bread and coffee the whole day) and microwave oven inside the room. Got a bit noisy (because just next to the Holland tunnel entrance), but continent to...
