This B&B has an amazing view from rooms and deck. It is a relaxing and quiet place to stay. They gave us a free pass to go to Sandy Beach. My family and I also really enjoyed their delicious homemade breakfast. We stayed in the Garden Room and it was very clean and ready for us as soon as we arrived. We brought our little Yorkie who become friends with their dog Jake. I would definitely stay here again!

Good location and excellent views of Ocean. Parking was available and the owners were very friendly. We enjoyed the beach access and shopping nearby for souvenirs. We enjoyed exploring gateway national park.

If you are looking for quiet, relaxing, beautiful view, great homemade breakfast, within an historic house, this is it. My husband and I are frequent visitors to Seascape with our two dogs, and feel it's a mini vacation! The house is historic, so it constantly needs some repairs, but we don't mind. (We understand house repair on our 80 year old house!) Gloria and Bob are seniors who run the Manor and they are the best congenial hosts. We have been going there for 10+ years and often see other guests that we recognize from previous visits. Gloria's muffins are to "live for". I wish she'd make a baking book of her recipes. It is easier if you have a car to drive down to the Hook, because it is on the top of the hill as shown in the pictures. We hope this Manor is here for many years to come! Thanks Gloria and Bob!

The Atlantic Highlands and Sandy Hook are the northern tip of the Jersey Shore, and they also provide scenic views of Lower Manhattan, Brooklyn, Staten Island, and North Jersey. To celebrate our wedding anniversary and explore the area, we stayed at this quaint B&B, and the accommodations and location were perfect. The 19th century home has four rooms. Ours, the Precious Moments room, had a queen bed, private bathroom with shower and tub for two, a ceiling fan, electric fireplace and a private balcony with a gorgeous view of Sandy Hook. We were provided with an ice bucket to chill our bottle of champagne, and my wife said the homemade chocolate-covered strawberries that I ordered in advance for a very reasonable price were the best she’s ever had. The hot breakfast on the inn’s patio also was delicious and filling, from the fresh fruit and homemade muffins to choice of entree with bacon or sausage. The owners have and welcome pets. All in all, this was a comfy, cozy place perfect for a romantic getaway.

We found a place finally which has a great room and accepts dogs. Overlooking the bay and ocean near Sandy Hook. Owners are very accommodating, Room was very nice and clean, with a king size bed, only knock was the bed was a bit hard for our liking, jacuzzi bath tub. and an outside deck overlooking the ocean from atop of the highlands. We received passes for Sandy Hook for both days of our stay. Were able to bring our dog. We were treated to a really nice breakfast, with fresh fruit, homemade muffins, choice of a veggie frittata or french toast, assorted juices and coffee. Will definitely be back.
