Our second stay at the Widow McCrea House this past weekend 2/18 to 2/20. Still beautiful, immaculate with a gourmet breakfast each morning. On Sunday morning we were lucky to be joined by Burt ,one the inn keepers, who told us the history of the house and the surrounding area. He was so knowledgeable and his stories were fascinating, Can't...

We just arrived home from a perfect weekend at the Widow McCrea House. Our hosts Lynn and Burt could not have been more hospitable. We stayed in the Case Family Cottage with our dog Pepper. Our room was breath-taking! From the romantic sitting area with a beautiful fireplace to the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom and the lovely Tuscan garden...

We spent New Year's weekend at this beautiful B&B in historic Frenchtown on the Delaware River. The hosts Lynn and Burt could not have been nicer. They told stories about the building and provided interesting insights about the area. We stayed in the Rittenhouse room, while friends stayed down the hall in the Tuccamirgin room. We were all pleased with...

We stayed four nights in the Kase Cottage. It was a comfortable, clean, pleasant home base for traveling around in an area with lots to do. We especially enjoyed the outside private patio with its old carved door display, the gas fireplace with couch and comfy chair seating, and having a small refrigerator, microwave and table. The stained glass window...

We stayed for two nights in a cottage which was a magical time for both of us. Set off slightly from the main house it had it's own private garden, which made us feel like we had been transported to a villa in Italy. Beautiful decorations and antiques are everywhere you look. Tastefully decorated with numerous antiques this Victorian style...

We stayed in the cottage. Went way beyond our expectations. Very relaxing and beautifully decorated. Loved having a fireplace too. Close to downtown. They recommended things for us to do in the area which was great.

What a beautiful B & B in the Delaware River area. The room was immaculate and so comfortable with a queen bed and two person jacuzzi. The entire house is decorated with so many interesting things of the Victorian period. Breakfast was incredible with taste treats such as warm honeyed grapefruit and thick french toast with strawberries. The owners are...

We enjoyed our stay, the inn keepers were very friendly and informative. They recommended places to eat, things to do and they were accommodating with our needs. The 3 course breakfast is delicious. The inn has a quiet, relaxing atmosphere with time period furnishings and we were pleased with our visit. It is also conveniently close to the town I...

Widow McCrea is an awesome B&B. For starters, Lynn is an incredibly friendly and knowledgable hostess. From the minute you meet her, you will feel relaxed and on vacation. She also happens to be an incredible cook (we are picky foodies from Philadelphia!), treating us to a moist rum raisin bread pudding and baked eggs with fresh herbs. Each morning,...
