We stayed here looking for a hotel close to NYC that had a pool. It did not disappoint. Great location, excellent restaurant (ask for the bar menu for more affordable/simple options!), clean pool and hot tub and clean rooms.

We arrived at the hotel and were met by the most polite staff over. we were politely greeted and advised of our rooms. The rooms were adjoining and immaculate, extremely clean with all the facilities one would expect from this hotel. Staff throughout our stay were excellent and so helpful from reception to bar staff and our main reason for...

Stayed at this hotel for the third time. There is this "executive floor", which costs a bit more but nice with a separate dining/lounge area for the guests on the floor only. Food is very nice, especially in the morning. But what I always enjoy is to meet with this kind lady who serves the guests at the dining room....

Hotel is located before GW bridge. This makes it convenient for NYC access. At the same time this can be a drawback due to massive traffic between 6.30 to 10 am. Check commute times to NYC with google maps before booking. Crossing GW can take 1 hr and if you don't want to go to NYC you get stuck on...

The staff was nice; parking was free; it was convenient to where we were going over the next two days. Restaurant was nice. We would stay here again. I used the fitness center and it was very well equipped for me. The pool and hot tub looked very clean.

When you've traveled for 38 years on business like I have, you get a knack and fondness for finding and keeping good hotels. This is one of those places. Very convenient if doing business in Ft. Lee NJ, very, very good restaurant and bar, clean and comfortable rooms, but especially a well managed, well trained, polite and friendly staff. THAT...

stayed on this premise from 12-14 april. staff was ok, breakfast was mediocre. room looks old and the bathroom does not have proper curtain. So all the water spill to the floor when i bath and cause discomfort and inconvenience. No complimentary drinkable water.

Very nice rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Excellent service from staff. They truly seemed to enjoy their job and went out of their way to help and assist us in every way. The shuttle into NYC was wonderful. No worries about having to drive in the city-they do all the work for you. Definitely will stay here again. Will recommend...

I’ve stayed at different Doubletree hotels and Hiltons in many different locations worldwide. This one is the worst Doubletree I have ever stayed: - The hotel facility was old, worn out, and lack of proper maintenance. - The hotel staffs from those who were in the front deck and from housekeeping were cold and not well trained and managed. -...

Shirley, F&B Director, worked with our group to put together a couple of dinners on a budget. The meals were wonderful and her staff were amazing. The rooms could do with just a bit of TLC on the maintenance side, missing refrigerator and broken phone cord in a few of the rooms, but they were clean and well kept otherwise....
