This hotel leaves a lot to be desired from front desk staff to sales department, to GM. I checked in with a less than accommodating front desk clerk, only to find a more cold reception upon checking out. Never received the Welcome bag from the Bride and Groom, who happened to be my daughter and Son In law. We had 5 extra . The newlyweds were treated poorly when trying to plan an after party, to the brunch accommodations and trying to get general questions answered. There was zero attempt to be accommodating and/or customer centric. It was all, "NO," or what we can't do, rather than trying to find a mutually satisfying solution. Even when they had the wrong check in dates, there was no apology. One person blamed the other. Horrible Hotel. Really horrible. i discourage ANY other brides from using this facility.…
Great hotel with clean, modern rooms, friendly staff, great ammenities. Very comfortable, large beds and fine linen for a confortable sleep. The staff at the restaurant was very nice. Offers great location for business travelers in the area, with parking, indoor pool, gym etc. Quick check-in and out process and a 24hour store with the necsesitties, snacks, drinks, charging cables etc. The bar is very nice, has a great cosy vibe by the fireplace and offers a nice place for hanging out.
We came for a wedding. Checked in late, but wow! What a gem. Beautiful rooms , clean , modern. The next morning I enjoyed my espresso in bed . The downstairs bar is also really cool looking, some of the wedding guest sat outside around the fire pit and enjoyed some cigars . Great place . I will be back there if I’m ever in the area .
Seems to be a nice hotel but it’s not… bathroom was pretty dirty (I dropped something underneath the sink and you cannot imagine how gross was it)… the hotel bar is full of drunk people every single night… there was a fight between a customer and the bar tender… we felt unsafe… not a good experience.
Our 19 lb Frenchie was traveling with us. We were charged a non-refundable fee of $150.00. We were asked at Check-In if we wanted a bed and or bowl for our dog. I said that I did. Never happened! The fee of $150.00 was outrageous with out these amenities. My husband said it stated on your web site that there were suppose to be dog treats too. Obviously, someone dropped the ball!
Love this hotel and I found Archie!! I've now stayed twice and truly feel at home at the Archer. The beds and rooms are comfortable - I've now stayed on the 2nd and 4th floors. The staff is pleasant and efficient but makes you feel like family.
The hotel was immaculate and enjoyed my stay there. I wished I could have stayed longer. If I am ever back in that area, I will definitely stay in your hotel and stay longer. Very impressed. Brian & Jeanne Clarke
We stay at the Archer hotel because of a family wedding that was near by. We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The bathroom was pretty big. They had a nespresso machine in the room which was a nice touch for morning caffeine. They also had coffee in the lobby. In the evening there’s a bar and plenty of seating around to enjoy a glass of wine near the fireplace. Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
would never go back. ascetically beautiful but they are so unwilling to accommodate anything, the customer service is so poor, not because the workers are mean but because the policy seems to be to be unhelpful and not care to actually serve your customers. It was my sisters wedding, we filled 72 of their rooms and yet would not do early check in for any of the bridal party and wouldnt even tell us till they texted us less then an hour before to say it was ready even though we requested it and called for it multiple times. they were so unhelpful with every single component. they dont really want you partying after in the bar, they close that down semi early, the breakfast is not good at all and dont accommodate any allergies, yet they charge a fortune and dont even provide service during it. would never recommend…
Stayed here for a wedding which had the after party at the hotel lobby. Multiple guests I was with were treated rudely by bar staff and front desk. After the bar closed at 1 am the bar staff rudely kicked all wedding guests in to the lobby, which was 5 feet away over an imaginary line, to finish drinks and food (paid for already). Once in that area, the front desk employee came up and attempted to kick us out of the lobby. We were not being loud or creating nuisance, just trying to finish drinks and food already paid for. You would think guests (especially part of a wedding block paying at least $6,000+ just for rooms) would be accommodated a little better. Will not return nor recommend.
