Location is good for airport with the frequent shuttle service. Only had to wait about 10 minutes to be picked up after free call from airport telephone. Good selection at breakfast. Comfortable sleep in a clean room. If paying on arrival/departure, be expected to pay additional extra costs for all the different taxes which added about 20% to the bill...

I have nothing bad to say about my stay. The check in was quick and they waived the early check in fee for me. The room itself was very clean. Bathroom showers have great water pressure. Great location, close to the airport. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Didn't like we had to pay to park the vehicle for the price of the room that should be included. I would stay there again if I ever go back to Newark!

Stayed there just one night in transit. Got picked up by the shuttle at Newark Airport. Arrived late at night. Met by Juan-Carlos (JC). JC got me checked in and up to my room in a few minutes. Slept well. Room clean and quite. Came down in the morning and JC was there again to get me a car and...

Room was great; partying, loud talking in the hallway, people loudly entering and exiting their rooms continued at all hours of the night until 2:15 am, when I finally left for an early flight. Management did not adequately address the hallway noise issue. I left the hotel without a good nights sleep. Definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We only stayed for a few hours before getting a connecting flight, but what we did experience was very good. Excellent customer service and the room was clean and comfortable. The bed was fabulous to sleep in too! I would definately stay again for my next visit.

Upon check-in Hany couldn't listen to my requests or answer any of my questions because he was too busy answering the phone. When he finally gave me his attention, I felt rushed and as if I were taking up too much of his time. This experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth in regards to Hilton Newark...

The Newark Airport Hilton was clean, presentable, the staff pleasant. But we were given confusing information about how to get the shuttle back from the airport to the hotel three days after our stay (we'd left our car there, paying of course, but convenient). That resulted in wasted time, when all we wanted was to get back to our car...

Convenient and clean. The workers were accommodating, the hotel and the rooms were clean. Easy access on and off the highways, yet you didn't feel like you were on the highway (no noise, etc...). Beautiful views of the city!

never again will I go to this hotel rude staff. worse exp ever and a few bugs in bathroom. room service overprice and would take over an hour for food. positive. room was clean bathroom no soap it one toilet paper roll. this did not fit expectation of Hilton. It was overall a bad experience and will never go there...
