Detailed Reviews
We broke out of our months of staying at home by coming to The RoseMary Inn. This beautiful B&B right next to the Delaware Water Gap Nat Rec Area was as warm and welcoming as we remembered. Jeanne is a charming and warm host and the large house with 5 guest rooms is beautifully decorated with many modern conveniences. But the most memorable part of our stays has been the food! Three course amazing breakfasts included with your stay. Plus, ask ahead and they will whip up an amazing dinner too. The B&B is very respectful of current COVID protocols and there is a lovely patio to enjoy the outdoors right at “home” before you head hiking nearby. This was just the getaway we needed.

We first visited The RoseMary Inn back in 2018 and it was a great discovery! We came back as our first post-COVID overnght stay and felt safe and very well cared for. Then we came back in September, 2021 and brought some good friends with us this time. The third time was even better! The Inn has such a beautiful natural and relaxing setting. Plus, the interior common areas, especially the dining room and deck are so inviting and beautifully decorated. And then there are the rooms. Each one is a little different but all are very comfortable and fitted out with wonderful linens and bath robes and other amenities. Very comfortable and spacious! But the real thing that makes this a truly special B&B is Jeanne and Rich, and the food Jeanne brings out every morning (and if you're lucky you can get a wonderful evening meal too!) Her three (I'd say 4) course breakfasts are the best and most filling I've had pretty much anywhere and my wife and I really enjoy good food. Jeanne also makes the perfect host by being very attentive and engaging without being in the way. Our stay was so enjoyable and the surrounding area has much to offer and explore. Highly recommended. We are already working to find a time for visit #4!

Room Tip: Each room is individual and has its own charm and view. We particularly like the Laurel Room.

First off, ignore the few bad reviews. Those people are obviously snooty wackos and liars.
Keep in mind this is Not an Air b&b. This is someone’s home as well. Jeanne is very welcoming and generous. She doesn’t hover and gives you total privacy but is always available to help. She gave us some tips for food places and areas to explore. She cooked us a Delicious 3 course breakfast and the place is clean and you just feel at home. She kept us happy and full!
We will definitely be returning in the future.

This was my first time staying at a B&B and honestly I was always a little nervous to try one. The minute Genie greeted me at the door I immediately felt comfortable. She gave me the tour and I was very impressed by the home feeling, hospitality, cleanliness, decor and beautiful grounds. The breakfast was to die for!!!!! I’ve never experienced a 4 course breakfast and every dish she brought out was beyond delicious. Everything was fresh and homemade. Thank you Genie for an amazing first experience.

These disgusting people destroyed my family’s wedding experience, from the moment we arrived she was a complete horror. I could not say a single good thing about this experience. The night of the wedding when we were filling out paperwork for the next morning her and her puppy dog of a husband rushed into the dinning area and began yelling at us to get out. They were also making snarky remarks about how they “ had to make breakfast” at an unreasonable time (730a) don’t go here if you want a great experience, highly over priced!

I stayed over the weekend and had such a wonderful time. Jeanne was very welcoming from the start. The room we stayed in was stocked and very clean. We had everything we needed in there. If we didn’t have something she had back up for us. I’m not sure why someone would give this place a bad review. Jeanne was such a sweetheart and made it feel like home to us. I 110% recommend staying here, you will not regret it. Not to mention her breakfasts are a three course meal and then some. You can feel the love she puts into her cooking. Everything we ate was so delicious . She really does put time and effort into making sure everyone’s stay is a positive one. I look forward to coming back in the future.
Thank you for everything you do Jeanne.

+1
I almost hate to share my love of the B&B (been two times and can’t wait to go again) because I the fewer people that know about this gem the greater my chances of always getting a room. My husband and I stayed in a smaller room our first stay and a killer suite our 2nd. Both rooms were impeccable! Jeanne is the hostess, keeper chef, best-girlfriend, story-teller etc that makes all the difference. We have been to many B&Bs, some with fancy reputations and the price-tag to boot. But the Rosemary supersedes them all. I am pretty strict about my calorie conscious diet, however her pastries, breakfasts, & dinners make me throw caution to the wind. HOWEVER, Jeanne remembered that my husband follows keto and prepared his dinner and breakfast accordingly!!!!! Best Best Best!

The Rosemary in is my husband and I home away from home!! We have visited four times now over the past few years and look forward to returning soon! It is truly our relaxing sanctuary where we can go and relax! Jeanne makes you feel welcomed as soon as you set foot in this gorgeous B and B! She fills your belly with a gourmet four course breakfast and has homemade delicious cookies and yummy snacks for you whenever you want!! This is truly a special place to visit! Thank you for making us a part of The Rosemary Inns family!

What a great experience! A beautiful B&B. We went there on Memorial Day for a couples getaway. The place is immaculate and Jeanne is an incredible host, cook, etc. She made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in and her breakfast is Food Network worthy!! She took the time and care to make sure my wife (egg allergy) had a great breakfast as well. A tremendous overall experience that I would recommend to anyone. The folks who gave the four negative reviews must have been very confused. The only way to describe The Rosemary Inn is a hidden gem in Columbia NJ. Looking forward to going back there again.

My fiancé and I were blown away with how charming and welcoming this BnB was. The food was incredible, the location was welcoming, and the views were fantastic. We stayed in the Laurel room and enjoyed an amazing hot tub. You can control the temperature and the home had snacks, a hot chocolate bar, electric fireplace, board games, and a library available for free. We can't wait to return in the summer!
