My husband and I stayed at the La Quinta for 10 days in February due to a fire in our home. I had never stayed there before or heard anything good or bad about the place. All I knew was that it was there for quite some time and didn't know what to expect. The staff at the front desk...

This hotel would not be my first choice to stay in again. The front desk was very nice and helpful. As far as the hotel it need's some renovations. When you first walk into the room you get hit with a smell of dirty feet. The room was clean but part of the ceiling was falling down it looked like...

I recently stayed here for several weeks while tending to a family situation and was treated very well. The rooms, which I stayed in several of them, were all very clean, roomy and comfortable. The hotel was fully renovated in the last year or two and it was a great improvement. Beds are very comfortable and baths are clean and...

The first thing we appreciated was the nice greeting we got when we arrived at the hotel. They gentleman receptionist was most cordial, even asking if we would like a ground-floor room. (He could see that we were seniors). He assigned the room and checked us in in no time at all. Then he gave us explicit directions as to...

Most of the hotels were booked solid due to a large convention in Seacaucus, but the staff phoned ahead to their Clifton location to reserve the room for us. We have a poodle so it is important to stay at a Hotel group that allows patrons to bring their pets. We were not disappointed.

We stayed here for 4 days with our 2 teenage daughters. The room was a good size considering we had a lot of luggage. The hotel was being renovated so there was a lot of mess on the ground floor and the second floor and didn't smell great. I think the carpets were being cleaned, however we couldn't smell it...

My wife and I chaperoned our daughter's high school chorus trip to NY. Our group of 50 stayed here and they did an excellent job. We arrived late in the evening and they had everything ready for us, provided us with staff to guide the students to their rooms and went out of their way to make us feel welcome....

The hotel room was clean and quite acceptable. My adjacent neighboring travelers were not so much. Called the front desk at 1am and again at 5:15a. Probably not fair to put this on the review, but I will add that the staff were wonderful and accommodating and the room was comfortable. It's a bit dated in the decor, but they...

This has been our preferred NJ hotel while living there for all family events and since we left NJ in June 2014, we have had to stay there twice three times this year (December, February and March). The staff there is always helpful and courteous. The rooms are pretty nice and the amenities are great. They are also pet friendly...

I stayed at the La Quinta hotel for almost a week overall it's a good hotel. But I did have some problems and some issues. As we all have had at one time or another. I frequently travel all year round. The front desk is extremely polite and courteous the day staff. Especially Lisa who addressed the issues I had...
