My husband and I just got back from a 3 day weekend at this resort in Cape May. The view from our ocean front room was very pretty. We sat on the balcony in the mornings and evenings, enjoying a glass of wine and/or cup of coffee. We booked a kitchen efficiency unit. It had everything you could need to make small meals. Pots, pans, dishes, utensils. Coffee maker, microwave, 2 burner stove top and refrigerator . There's a restaurant on site, called Harris. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. It has a roof top bar with ocean view. The rooms were clean, nicely kept and comfortable. Overall, it was a great little hotel. It provided everything we needed for our stay, right across from the beach, and a short walk to many restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay here again.
My mom and I came for a break from it all after a very long bout of COVID-19. We had a last minute, unplanned getaway and we were very pleasantly surprised! The weather was beautiful, Harry's and the liquor store was great! Pool was still open and so very refreshing! The room was just perfect for our needs and the patio in front of the pool was so enjoyable with a morning coffee and no steps to carry the bags. We had a lovely view of the ocean on the rooftop deck. Right across from the beach and within walking distance to so many places was an added bonus! We thoroughly enjoyed our Cape May stay and hope to bring the family back to your family owned hotel resort! Thank you! Office attendant was very helpful as well.
As usual a great time here.My grandkids called it the best vaca ever.We love it here. The staff is great. It's oceanfront you can do the pool or the beach. It's close to the mall, have a good restaurant and liquor store on site. This hotel is very nice and clean. We needed a handicap room due to the fact that my husband is confined to a wheelchair. We were on the third floor and the room was very nice and the bathroom was just what was needed. They supplied everything needed in the bathroom and the sink had room underneath to pull the wheelchair under. The grab bars were at the correct places. There was plenty of towels for the two of us. The room had a mini refrigerator and a coffee maker. They supplied tea bags and coffee. The front desk and all the employees were very friendly. My only complaint is that one week before we got there we received a letter that our view would be obstructed due to a private event with a tent in place and the rooftop deck would be closed to the public on Friday and Saturday during our stay from 4-9pm. We chose this hotel because of the view we would have and the rooftop deck. It was very disappointing and if we would have known there would be a private event we would not have stayed there. This was our first time away in 2 years and didn't nor could we go to many places. We just wanted to relax on our balcony for a weekend and felt like we were intruding in the private party when we were on the deck. Harry's was a great place to eat and was right on the hotel property. The food was good and the service was good. I would go here again if there wasn't a private party on the rooftop deck so we could enjoy the view and the entertainment they have for everyone to enjoy. …
We arrived and were greeted pleasantly by the front office staff. Due to the pandemic there were limited services offered and no pool or hot tub use. The on site restaurant was very nice and the food was delicious. The roof sun deck was very nice and offered a beautiful view of the ocean. Overall it was a nice place .
