Every room is as nice as the next. Gourmet breakfast, afternoon tea, bikes, beach chairs and a great location. Couldn't ask for any more. The innkeepers Anna Marie and Doug pay attention to every detail.

We just stayed at the Queen Victoria for 3 nights and loved it! The owners, Anna Marie and Doug, are really as nice as you read in these Tripadvisor reviews. The Inn and rooms are spotless and immaculate. While the houses were built in the late 1800s, they are updated. Our room had a new bathroom. I'm not a fan... More

This review really made me smile when I read that we were as nice as the reviews said. It is easy to be nice when you've got great guests. I think most of our guests would agree with your feelings about heavy Victorian decor, which is why we purposely kept thinks much lighter. Breakfast is an important part of any... More

The Queen Victoria is an excellent choice for a stay in Cape May. Location, rooms, and breakfast are all great. And your hosts are the best. They provide excellent recommendations for dining and make you feel at home every morning.

Had an amazing time, like stepping back to the early 20th century. The Queen Victoria is centrally located between the beach and the local shopping tourist areas, within easy walking distance of many restaurants. The B&B is clean, the room spacious, the staff overly helpful and friendly. Breakfast on the porch was so relaxing and plentiful that we didn't want... More

Located close to the beach. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. The only negatives the steps are very steep and no one to bring your bags up. Not even an elevator or, dumb waiter for bags. No parking, so you have to find a spot several blocks away if you want to visit family that is a big hassle. The... More

Thanks for your valuable feedback Ken. I'm afraid our buildings, all of vintage Victorian era construction, were built prior to the advent of electricity or elevators. We're always happy to assist with carrying bags to our guest's rooms, however, so please ask us if we're fortunate enough to have you return again. I'm glad that overall you liked our breakfasts.... The Queen Victoria staff and the lovely owners, Doug and Anna Marie made us feel welcome and went out of their way to be sure we had a great stay. I wish we could have stayed longer. We had a lovely room in one of their newly renovated cottages which was very quiet and private. Breakfast and tea were perfect!... More

Thank you very much for taking the time to post this review. I'm so pleased that you felt comfortable and enjoyed your time at The Queen Victoria so much. It sounds like you stayed in the Balmoral room (I can't tell who you are from your "seaglass2016" name, so I don't know for sure), which we've just completely renovated. We're... More

My wife and I have been staying at the Queen Victoria for years....it is our absolute favorite place to stay in Cape May! My parents recommended this place for our visit to CM during the last week in June. The location is perfect! A few blocks from the beach and a few blocks from the town center. The owners were super nice and spent time during breakfast and tea socializing with their guests. They provided breakfast every morning. Two warm dishes, cereal, yogurt,... More

The hospitality at the Queen is fantastic. I prefer to stay @The Queen for the comfort and wonderful breakfast. The Queen is in a great location for dining, shopping and the beach. Beach chairs, towels, bicycles and helmets are available for guests. I have been going to Cape May since 1973 and so happy a friend gave me a gift... More

We had three rooms in the Prince Albert building for out three night stay. All of the rooms were charming and well maintained with modern touches like safes, refrigerators and USB charging adapters.
