The wonderful owners of this historic inn are perhaps the kindest and most generous hosts (and people!) I've ever encountered in my life. They were so welcoming, so kind and so knowledgeable about the house and the area around them - I felt like I was visiting family. The rooms are gorgeous and well kept - It's an old house... More

My wife & I tried Cape May in December (for the 1st time) because of an affordable ad that appeared about Leith Hall on the computer. We were not disappointed with our stay. We stayed in the Empire Room and found our room to be historical, comfortable and cozy. We were very pleased with how warm our room was for... More

How glorious to wake up to the sunrise shining off the ocean, clearly visible from our bed! In the six years since last at Leith Hall, my husband and I have tried a few other places--B&B's are SO interesting--but Leith Hall feels homey to me, the very Victorian décor whispers " quintessential Cape May" to us, and it is only... My wife and I had a great time in Cape May this past weekend. The town was in full regalia for the holidays. Our B&B, Leith Hall, was lovely. Steps from the beach, period antiques & decor throughout, a room with a view & a fireplace, tasty breakfasts, and perhaps most important in such accomodations--personable, graciuos & knowledgable hosts in... My husband and I went to Cape May for the Exit Zero Jazz Fest in November. It was a great weekend. We stayed at Leith Hall which was perfect. Ilan prepared excellent breakfasts (I especially loved the fluffy scrambled eggs with cream cheese and dill) and the homemade treats (e.g., orange shortbread...yum) which were perfect with afternoon tea. Ilan and... More

Susan And Elan the hosts are very charming, very engaging with their guests. Conversation and company is very pleasant. Breakfast and 4:00 Tea are homemade by Elan and always a treat. Compared to other hotels that may be $10-$15 less you cannot get get this food as well as the company.

This is a wonderful B&B located 1/2 block from the beach. We have stayed here 6 times and always have a great time. Elan and Susan are wonderful hosts, gregarious and interesting. Elan knows pretty much everything there is to know about Cape May and Victorian culture and architecture and is fun to talk with. The Turkish Suite on the... More
