    Perfect Getaway
931 was the perfect getaway for our family of 4. We rented two adjoining rooms so our teenage children could have their own space. Very clean and with a well stocked kitchenette. Decor is crisp, bright beach contemporary. Complimentary beach chairs are available - so great to not have to pack your own as they take up so much room in the car. The views of the beach from our second floor balcony were perfect - we enjoyed our coffee there every morning while watching the surfers on the beach. 931 was the perfect location for us - within walking distance to everything, located on the main street of Cape May yet quieter and less crowded and we greatly appreciated this. Liza is an exceptional host and wonderful person. We enjoyed our many conversations with her. We will definitely return for another wonderful stay!

    The Only Place I'll Stay
931 Beach is the only place I'll stay in Cape May. I used to stay in another guesthouse, but when we had to find a new place to stay for girls' weekend, I immediately looked into the big blue house on the beach. 931 Beach is so comfortable and inviting, you feel like you're staying at a good friend's home. The location is great and there's even an assortment of beach chairs to borrow in case you forget your own.

    Great location and property
This location is by far one the best in the area. With direct access to the beach and water views from most rooms you can't beat it. The house is cute and provides more then what you need for a family weekend away or a quiet time as a couple. The innkeepers is super helpful and willing to do anything to make your stay pleasant. We will be going back for sure.

Stayed here for three nights with wife and two kids. Our Diamond suite was fully equipped with kitchenette. The view from the room was amazing. Liza the innkeeper was a really nice host, giving me a call when the room was ready and greeting us at the door. The inn is very conveniently located, close to the beach and major restaurants and sites.

My husband and I have stayed at 931 Beach 5 different times. (We have enjoyed all of the seasons and four different rooms!) Our sons and friends joined us well! Our stay was wonderful each time! LiZa is an amazing host, she made us feel as if we were the most important quests staying at the Inn, she is warm, welcoming and makes you feel like family. We have celebrated birthdays, Anniversaries , a holiday and just a "get away" ! Thank you LiZa...Sarah

Where do I begin? All of our contact with the Innkeeper, Liza, was amazing. She is wonderful! Although this was a bit of a splurge for me and my daughter for a big birthday, we loved every minute of Cape May and this beach house. Room was very clean, had everything we needed! Love the proximity to the beach. All the food was amazing. Lobster House Schooner, Harrys, Lookout (wow) and Farmhouse Winery. Cant wait to go back next year. Thank you Liza and staff.

We visited for a mom/daughter trip and it was outstanding. LiZa is even more amazing than the inn itself. She made us feel welcome and comfortable and loves life and it shows. We booked adjoining rooms and it was perfect for the 4 of us (4 ladies and 2 bathrooms is key!). The location is perfect, just across the street from the beach and in close walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. We will be going back and I highly recommend this inn to anyone considering a stay.

The beach house is simply perfect! Great location and fantastic innkeeper! We stayed in the Cove room and loved the spacious deck, waking up to see the surf and beach every morning. The kitchenette was perfect for us to fix coffee, reheat food or have a quick snack. Having beach chairs and towels were very helpful so that we didn’t have to bring all that with us. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

This spot feels intimate, not like a generic hotel which was a change for me and I loved it. The decor is so unique. You have everything you need with the mini kitchen to cook, tv, and toiletries. Very clean! Parking is good, no dealing with the “front desk”. There are plenty of towels and chairs to take right across to the beach :). The owner is lovely, so friendly and accommodating. We can’t wait to go back!!

I love the location of this home. You can sit on the deck and enjoy the sound of Cape May waking up in the mornings and then a short walk into town for coffee and some shopping. The kitchenette is great for mid day meals while contemplating dinner reservations. My husband and I stay here every year. We'll be back again soon.

Excellent location and room size and amenities. Could be cleaner and have fans and screens in the windows. We hosted some friends for cocktails on the porch which was delightful. Porch cushions could be thicker. A list of recommended restaurants would be helpful. I would definitely return and recommend 931 Beach Guest House.

931 Beach is a lovely place to stay, one of a limited number of Cape May guest houses with an ocean view …. from a private balcony or the spacious front porch. Rooms are nicely decorated and immaculate. Beds are comfortable. Liza is an excellent i keeper who is readily available in person or by phone. All of this is why I am a repeat guest.
