Believe the rating and reviews, Inn at the Park is all that. We’ve also stayed at many B&B’s, throughout NJ, this place stands above. Location is perfect, bikes, beach accessories, spotless rooms, snacks/water/coffee available all day, rock in the shade, swing in the sun or rest in the comfy, well appointed rooms (we stayed in the cottage). Loved the Tommy B bath towels and every detail included in our room. Air conditioning was great throughout the room and main areas. Carl and Susan felt like friends within 5 minutes of meeting. We are planning our 2021 stay.

Susan and Carl make this place just perfect! They treat you like family and help with whatever is needed to make your day great! Their suggestions for places to eat are spot on. The breakfasts are something to look forward to each morning and Susan's are delicious! Smoothies (we had a banana/peanut butter- yummy, We asked to mix the cranberry juice and orange juice and that was our morning drink - so good. The atmosphere is cozy and charming, rooms are comfortable, air conditioning, hair dryer, tv, and it's just a great place to stay. Free bikes to use, beach chairs, an outside shower if you want to use it - it's great! Susan and Carl also own the Cheese Shop in Cape May and Peanut Butter Shop and you get a 10% discount when you go there. Love sitting out on the porch in the rocking chairs with our first cup of coffee in the morning. My friends and I have been coming here for 5 years now, and just booked it for next year!

We stayed at this charming and romantic bed and breakfast without much knowledge of Cape May. Our hosts Susan and Carl were extremely welcoming and amenable, as well as knowledgeable about both the history of, and current activities in, the town. They gave us great tips for activities in the area, and the bikes-free-to-borrow allowed us to ride all around the historic town to visit the sights.

In my opinion, they did not exaggerate when describing their gourmet breakfasts. Each meal was varied and delicious (we stayed for 4 nights so we enjoyed 4 breakfasts, and freshly baked treats each night, as well as complimentary snacks and coffee/tea.) We had planned, and budgeted, for sensible lunches and dinners, but since the breakfasts were so sumptuous and satisfying, we didn't really need to eat again until we splurged for wonderful dinners throughout town! (Wed at Tisha's, Thu at Exit Zero, Fri at the Lobster House, and Sat at Elaine's.)

We are really looking forward to a future stay at the Inn at the Park!

We had a lovely stay at the Inn at the Park. The hosts, Susan and Carl, are very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the bikes and the beach chairs. We stayed in the Captain’s Quarters, perfectly clean and nice. The fridge in the room is helpful. We opted for curbside pickup for our dinners as only outside seating is open at restaurants because of Covid-19. Susan set us up with plates and glasses in the inn’s dining room. We really appreciated the helpfulness.

This B&B is so delightful! A lovely place to stay for vacation. The main house is charming throughout. The cottages are adorable. It is a 5 star B&B! The absolute best part of your experience staying here will be having the opportunity to meet Susan and Carl. They are hands down the best hosts you could ever meet. They go out of their way to make you feel home - like you are a family member. I have stayed at many bed and breakfasts from Middleburg VA, in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. The Inn at the Park is my favorite! If you stay here, you are in for a treat!

A great experience for those who don’t like crowds but enjoy the intimacy of a great room, bath and terrace. The hosts Susan and her husband were chuck full of stories and info and it made for wonderful breakfasts. By the way susan’ s breakfasts were outstanding from fresh omelets to tasty french toast to eggs Benedict. All the amenities needed and very peaceful. Willdefinetly go back again. Worth the stay

Awesome bed and breakfast! Wonderful house and Susan couldn't be more accommodating. My wife has Celiac and Susan made sure there were delicious gluten free treats and breakfast for her. We'll definitely plan to stay here again next time we vacation in Cape May.

We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful time. The inn is beautifully furnished and comfortable. Breakfasts are wonderful. The inn is located within walking distance to the Washington Street mall which has boutique shops and a variety of restaurants. Carl and Susan are excellent hosts and share their extensive local knowledge of area history, parks, restaurants, and beaches. They own several food shops which are well worth visiting (you get a discount when staying at the inn).

My fiancé booked an overnight stay here at this quiet and beautiful B&B. It was 10-15 min walk distance into town, down Washington Street. Our room was very cozy, clean and neat. We were the only couple that weekend before Valentine's day. The main house/cottage was nicely decorated with the Valentines theme. The cottage area had two other rooms and there was snack area for extra waters and coffees. We met Bonnie and she cooked our breakfast and it was delicious! She is a great cook and host. We had a wonderful time chatting about the house, the town and our families. We got to tour the house and see the other rooms. My fiancé enjoyed talking to Susan and getting ideas suggestions for our engagement plans. Thank you Susan!! I would recommend
