Why would you miss going onto a historical warcraft? We went late June, and the weather was nice. It was not very busy but what an awesome sight, from afar and then even better once aboard. You follow the lines painted on the ship that takes you around. There are several volunteers on board to ask questions. We met a... More

This was an awesome day trip for my family and I. This being my first time visiting this ship so just be prepared to walk and climb a lot. I have three boys 4-6 and they made out fine throughout the ship Overall awesome exhibits and informative staff.

Visited the Battleship NJ and took the audio tour of the ship. It was a great experience to see the various decks from the guns on deck, to the admirals quarters, war room, mess hall etc! The battleship even has an overnight camp for children. Across the water on the other side of the bridge is the city of Philadelphia... More

Battleship New Jersey is well worth seeing. Not only did it serve our country in World War II with Admiral Halsey, it was also retrofitted and brought bak for the Vietnam War and visited by President Reagen. Unlike other battleships I have seen in North Carolina and Norfolk, it had a special officers area and admiral suite where visiting dignitaries... More

The ship was really educational and enjoyable. The cost was not expensive and the museum was interesting throughout. You can learn about the ships history from when it was launched to when it was retired. It will take at least two-three hours to explor this museum properly. A visit to this museum is a must for all history or navy... More

The battleship is huge and you can go in and on deck. You can see the philly skyline in the back round. Make sure to bring the camera. The price is kinda pricy 22 dollars per adult. Discount if you're a senior, or in the military. Well worth it

Watching the Military Channel is one thing, walking through and around the ship is a fantastic hands on experience. Normally my wife has no interest in the military, but she and my daughters (all age 12 and younger) thought it was a great trip. A family pass was $62, for 5 of us. Worth every cent. Our self guided tour... More

This is America's most decorated Battleship. Exploring the battleship is experiencing history in a whole new way. Not only do you see exhibits of artifacts from the ship’s past, but you are put into the exhibit as you go through the tour route. Stretch out on the bunks where the sailors slept. Climb into the 16” gun turret and learn... More
