We've been staying at The Inn for years and anxiously awaited their "reopening"... and it didn't disappoint! Bill and Linda (Innkeepers) go above and beyond with their hospitality and ability to make their guests comfortable. It's a short walk from the beach as well as several local restaurants, It is immaculate and they've taken all necessary protocols to sanitize and keep The Inn "Corona Free". We are a group of long-time friends who have stayed here for 2 New Year's Eves. Obviously all of us had to like the place if we returned. The innkeepers are attentive and friendly and did their best to make us feel 'at home'. They are only 2 blocks from the ocean and on New Year's Day we went over to look at the waves. They have many interesting artifacts, especially during the holiday season: nutcrackers, mugs, etc. There was a beautifully decorated tree in the parlor. Breakfast was cooked to order and was delicious: a choice of omelets, waffles, French toast, etc. The rooms are nicely decorated but sometimes the heat was insufficient. However, they provided a space heater to make up for it. We plan to return next New Year's Eve.

- [ ] The hosts, Linda and Bill are genuine and truly accommodating. The inn is close to the beach and beach passes and chairs were supplied by the hosts. The Inn is clean and well kept with classical charm. There’s an inviting wraparound porch with well maintained shrubs, beautiful hyacinths in a relaxing quiet neighborhood. The rooms are decorated tastefully and we had everything we needed. Our stay was one night as we were in town for a show in Asbury, but wish we had more time! We were treated with an amazing “made to order” breakfast by Chef Bill, veggie omelette and French toast that was rockin! We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

My boyfriend and I stayed overnight here for my birthday weekend. Lovely place and lovely people. I like how they make sure not only to have the doors locked for your personal rooms, but also for the entrance as well. Also great that you have your own bathroom in your room. They make the BEST breakfast in the morning as per your request - we had the eggs Benedict 10/10 recommend!

My wife and I just returned from another wonderful stay at the Inn at the Shore in Belmar, New Jersey. I can not say enough about this inn. The place is spotless. The room was very quaint, and the bed was so comfortable. The owners: Bill and Linda are so accommodating and took all precautions to make us feel safe and comfortable.
The breakfast was cooked to perfection and we never felt rushed or burdensome. Bill and Linda went way beyond what was expected to make our stay so enjoyable and carefree. They really could not do enough for us. My only regret is that I could not stay longer but we will definitely be back in August.

This is the most relaxing and incredible B and B. We have been coming here for about 5 years since Linda and Bill started the business. We are so lucky to have this Inn at the shore so close to NYC, just an hour away, the beach is 3 blocks walking which we enjoy every time. The breakfast is an incredible banquet, we can ask basically for anything, they make it for you. The fresh granola with yogurt The eggs Benedict, Florentine, omelettes, etc, etc. They have all fruits you can imagine. The coffe is delicious, the rooms are so comfortable and impecable. They have beach towels, parking on the street is always available. I recommend the Inn at the shore like the best. I give 10 stars if It was applicable. Love Linda and Bill, make us feel like family.

This inn was absolutely spectacular. This adorable, old fashioned house was such a delight to walk into. It's owned and operated by a husband and wife and they were so kind. We called ahead of time because we were checking in very late and they were so accommodating. We got to the room super late and woke up to the light shining through the windows into this cute spacious room with a large sized jacuzzi bath. The place was very clean. We walked downstairs and Linda greeted us. There was a large spread in the dining room with granola, fruits, juices, breads, jams and bagels. Our order was taken and we were told they had everything from eggs benny to pancakes to french toast. The food was delicious! The place was down the street from the beach and also from some cute shops including clothing boutiques, a record store, and restaurants. The beach was beautiful and we were able to use chairs and an umbrella provided by the inn. We would definitely come back to this inn and stay for a longer time period. What an amazing place!

The inn is really beautiful and the location is perfect. Breakfast was fantastic and could provide gluten free! The Lake Como room is nice with its own attached bathroom with jetted tub. I would recommend it for celiacs, couples and families.

I stayed at The Inn at the Shore in January 2020 during the Light of Day Festival in Asbury Park. I am a return visitor, having stayed here twice before with a group of girlfriends Linda and Bill are the real deal. They are experienced hosts who know all the touches to make a stay special. Coming back to a home that is so beautiful and warmly accommodating is such a treat. The breakfast is the best part, truly memorable. I encourage you to stay here - you will be so pleased.

This place is both beautiful and homey at the same time. I had a jacuzzi bath and a great breakfast made to order by the husband/owner, who is also a chef. Everything is fresh. The owners are lovely people and the people who stay there are also lovely.You are a block from the beach so it is great to be able to be so close to the boardwalk. The bed and breakfast is just beautiful. There is a big pool table where you can play pool. It is very quiet. You don’t have to worry about noise. It is a place to go to truly unwind and relax. There are many restaurants close by where you can go to eat or get take out. There is a common pantry area with a sink, microwave and refrigerator and free microwave popcorn. The Inn is super clean and is observing all protocols for COVID.
