We always LOVE visiting the Tandem Bike Inn in Belmar, NJ. Mike and Annemarie are the sweetest people and go out of their way to make sure your stay is simply wonderful. We visited during the Covid pandemic. The Inn is always impeccably clean, but they went above and beyond to create a safe, clean, and comfortable experience. Annemarie's baking is delicious, and there's nothing better than coming home to the smell of her cookies in the oven. There is a reason we return every year, and it is because there is no better place to stay in Belmar!

My husband took me to Tandem Bike Inn in Belmar, NJ for my birthday weekend. I loved the location, the beautiful house and front porch, the clean, cute rooms and the amazing personal service from Mike and AnneMarie. We felt at home when we arrived and especially appreciated the homemade cookies waiting for us in our room. Mike greeted us and took us to our room to explain how everything worked (including a jacuzzi tub) and any changes made due to COVID. Everything was clean and sanitized. The room itself was quiet and really big with a king bed and sitting area. Masks were required in all common spaces. We never felt unsafe at all. The short walk to the beach was pleasant, as was just sitting on the front porch in the rocking chairs. The porch was set up so you could eat your meals outside, if desired. The downtown restaurants were also very close within walking distance. Bike use and the indoor dining area were suspended due to COVID, as were available beach passes, so check before you go. It wasn’t a problem for us as we bought daily passes at the beach and the walk was only a few blocks. Breakfast was included and kindly brought to our door each morning so we could eat in our room. The homemade scones and cookies and brownies were delicious! They accommodated my dairy allergy and went above and beyond to offer vegan options with my food and coffee (Keurig in the room). They even assisted with my allergies to scents in the room. I’d highly recommend staying at this beautiful, friendly B&B for any occasion or beach get-away. We hope to visit again!

We stayed at the Inn on our wedding night on 2/29/20, along with friends and family, and could not have asked for a better experience! The Innkeepers were friendly and accommodated our every need and the Inn itself was lovely, also perfectly located near our wedding venue. Thank you Mike and Ann Marie!

What an amazing place! Our room was absolutely perfect and the cookies and scones couldn’t be beat. We would absolutely stay at the Tandem Bike Inn again. Our room had its own fridge and all the television channels you could want. We had a gas fireplace, king size bed and a tub that could fit three people.

Top Shelf Accommodations. Food was both satisfying and nutritoush. Around the clock snacking available. Sleeping was comfy sparkling clean. My Bathroom had jets in the tub, which I took advantage of each night before retiring. Every possible need was accommodated with in reason. Both Anne Marie & Mike gracious kind hosts. Aimed to make us feel truly welcome. My husband and I very grateful to both for making our trip peaceful.
