Very nice hotel in a convenient location. Staff was excellent and extremely friendly. The rooms are not very large large and a little dated. Breakfast is pretty basic, continental with limited fresh items. The coffee machine was great with many options.

The Olde Mill Inn and the the Grain House restaurant are both exceptional facilities. The Inn is comfortable and offers all the necessities of a stay in a very relaxed fashion. The staff and the accommodations are first class. The Grain House is a cozy and quaint dining experience. We were at both for a three day stay and we could not have had a better time.

The hotel staff was pleasant and professional. The room was perfect and fit my needs nicely. The rooms were fairly priced and the hotel cleaning staff did a good job. I particularly enjoyed the continental breakfast served until 10:00 am. The hotel is conveniently located and the grounds were beautifully kept. Having the quaint, but elegant, Grain House Restaurant located across the parking lot is ideal for guests. The food is excellent and it is truly a fun experience to dine there. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again.

OMI was the most wonderful setting for my daughters wedding, the convenience of being able to stay where the wedding is being held was so helpful. The food and service was exceptional. David was out Maitre D' and he attended to every need of the bride and her guests. Lindsay was also helpful through out the two years of planning and rescheduling because of Covid. They truly were so amazing.

We booked the Bernard Suite to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of our wedding which we had here. In the last 20 years, nothing has changed. I don’t say that in a cute, historic sense. Rather the cabinets and fixtures in the kitchenette and toilet were dated and loose. The baseboard heat was warming the room while the AC was blowing cold air trying to cool it. The fireplace was not working and the staff couldn’t explain how to work it. The ceilings in the hallways are a mess, the paint is damaged. The carpets need a good cleaning or replacement. And the elevator malfunctioned. The continental breakfast consisted of a pancake machine, a toaster and a collection of pastries reminiscent of a gas station. The place photographs really well and as a wedding venue, we have fond memories of it. As a hotel, for the price. You can do much better elsewhere.

We stayed here for 4 nights when my boyfriend had surgery at Franklin surgery center- it was recommended by the staff there. The staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful, attentive and accommodating. From changing out the frozen peas he had to keep on the surgical site to changing sheets almost immediately when requested, they were amazing. Michael and Gene were at the desk ready to assist at all hours of the day and night. The staff at the nearby Grain House was also super accommodating and you can tell everyone on property takes a lot of pride in the operation. The bed was comfortable and the space- in the room and on the grounds were top notch.

The Old Mill Inn is a charming and beautifully decorated hotel. The staff is professional and friendly and rooms very comfortable. We especially like the extra sink outside the bathroom and large desk. The continental breakfast has many options and plenty of space to accommodate all guests. We will be returning in the months to come.

Very impressed with my entire stay at your beautiful scenic Olde Mill Inn. Food was excellent along with the entire staff. My room had a balcony overlooking the courtyard which was gorgeous. My daughter's wedding was held in the grain house which was beautifully decorated with the fireplace giving a cozy atmosphere. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

This is the 4th time I've hosted a meeting at OMI. October 2020 was the last one prior. I will continue to host my Executive Offsite meetings here because the level of customer service is the highest I've ever received. I am responsible for many meetings and this hotel far surpasses every expectation. When my C level executives are happy, then I'm happy. From accommodating the requirements for a safe and socially distanced meeting, to the extremely clean rooms, to the fabulous food at the Grain House, it is all 5 star. The GM has his finger on the pulse of what is going on and my sales representative, Lindsey is on top of anything and everything during the entire meeting. If you are an EA or Event planner, this is the place that will make you shine! Alan will greet your guests with a warm smile and Betsy at the Grain House will make you and your guests feel welcome! One of the great things to do in the evening is to stop by the front desk, where you will find Michael, who is the most pleasant person and quite accommodating, grab a bottle of wine and head out the back to the fireplace and relax!! We had quite a crowd out there for two nights. It was a wonderful place to unwind after a 9 hour meeting!! I can't wait to return!
