The Staff at this Inn were wonderful. Very friendly on the phone, at check in and anytime we passed by. The lobby and common areas of Inn are fine, but rooms very dated. Bedding and towels inexpensive. Room did not feel/smell fresh. Inn is higher priced, expected better

I would recommend requesting a room that is not in the lobby. Our room was right behind the fireplace and it was so hot and dry in our room even with the heat off and window open. The staff was not incredibly friendly and the event we went for was not as fun as it was made out

Spent a couple of says at the Inn enjoying the comfort, fireplaces going and excellent food weathering out a snow storm. The Tavern had very delicious and filling Burger on my first night then Sunday brunch offered Eggs Benedict that were delicious with a complimentary mimosa.

The family room states it might not be quiet? What does that mean?
Best to call the inn and ask. Room 300 was very quiet and very large.

We have a reservation for Sept 26th. Do we need to make a reservation for the restaurant?
That is a Monday, and I don't believe reservations are needed during the weekdays at this time of the year. The dining area around the bar has much more atmosphere with the fireplace and older tables and booths, than the larger main dining area. In addition to the regular menu they now have food theme nights. Enjoy!
