Jason and Beth were very friendly and welcoming. I stayed here on two separate occasions within a few week span. They upgraded my room both times. The first time, the room was warm so I opened the window which was noisey on the road but I didn't realize there was a temp control on radiator so that was my fault. The second time, the room was very quiet. The room and inn is outdated, the shower for me was difficult to figure out but could've just been my fault. Breakfast was coffee, tea, yogurt, cereal, muffin and bagels. I stayed here given the homey feel and friendly staff but given the price, it's comprable to the other local hotels that are slightly more updated and bigger breakfast selection. I stayed for only one night on both occasions. Overall, the stay was okay but the staff made it better.…
We stoped there accidentially without knowing anything about the place and it was wonderful! Run by a family and gives you a feeling of a family. Clean and pleasant. We were sorry this was our last night at that area, otherwise we would stay longer.
We went to Barron Brook Inn for a long week-end vacation. The hosts are very welcoming, The inn is clean and quiet. The self-service breakfast includes a good selection of delicious items. The location is convenient geographically, between the trails of Mount Lafayette and others trekking sites, and the mountain bike Kingdom at Burke. The price was among the lowest we found in this area. A+ for the Barron Brook.
First time in the area and were in need of a good nights sleep! We’re lucky enough to received friendly service and comfortable accommodations! The cozy lodge🐾 feel, personal tour of facility, hot tea, campfire 🔥and lovely breakfast ☕️the next morning were all perks we thoroughly enjoyed! Rooms were clean and all needs were met, the water pressure was fabulous!
This amazing little inn is so wonderful. What makes it the best is the staff! Feels like staying with family (the ones you rally like)! Great continental breakfast too. The property is like a beautiful park! This was my second visit this year!
