We were overly ambitious trying to fit two couples into one room but realized at the last minute that two rooms would work better and they were able to accommodate us. Both rooms faced the back of the property which was quiet and had a nice view of the woods. Each room was uniquely decorated and our bed was super... More

I don't always like B/B's but this was a nice blend of privacy with great hospitality. The owners are great and really attentive but also gave me space since i was working hard and needed some r and r. Clean room, good bed and shower, fresh breakfast. it was quiet, interesting furnishings. I recommend it.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Felt like family, we were definitely taken care of and made to feel welcome and at home. The property was beautiful with a nice back porch to sit and look out on. Breakfast was included and had your typical continental breakfast contents.

This is an Inn not a hotel, as the owners are quick to point out, and a seasonal one. It definitely has a different feel about, like a throwback to a time of more camaraderie and hospitality. It isn't fancy, but is comfortable and homey with a community fire pit out back, picnic tables on a large deck overlooking the... More

I felt like I was home with my family. Extremely comfortable and cosy. The staff there was personable and flexible. There was a nice continental breakfast and coffee all the time. Would stay here again.

This is truly an inn, not a franchise hotel, with a homey feel. It was lovely and immaculate. It is family-owned and operated. The husband met us at the car and got our bags. He built a campfire outside and provided guests with the ingredients to roast smores. (Unfortunately, it was too smoky and the smell lingered in our clothes... More

It was a good place to stay for a few nights, staff was friendly, room was clean, and the bed was comfy. We were up for the weekend for a wedding so we pretty much were only in our room to sleep but it had everything we needed for a convenient and comfort stay. The best perk it was a... More

As a corporate professional my lodging preference for personal travel has always been large franchise hotels but Barron Brook Inn had different appeal. As a single mother it was my first trip with my soon to be 4 year old son so my goal was to create a special memory. My goal was to stay at a place where I... More

We just returned home from a great foliage viewing trip to the northeast. My regret? Not booking at least 2 nights at the Barron Brook Inn! The owners were so very nice and friendly. The room was comfortable, and breakfast was a lovely spread of various breads and muffins, yogurts, fruit, coffee, and tea. The owner offered to make a... More
