We booked 2 rooms over the New Years holiday week. The rooms are standard but the inn is cozy with excellent staff and a delicious home made breakfast and afternoon snack. The lobby has lots of places to hang out by the fire and play games and the largest cat in the North East who will come and sit on...

The location is great for both downhill and cross country skiiers or shopping and eating in the Village Square! The rooms are charming and rustic with great views. Our room had a jacuzzi which was wonderful. The pool and hot tubs are a plus for families.

Friend and I were exhausted and we did an online search and found the Snow Owl Inn with a few miles of Mt Tecumseh. We were exhausted and their rates were reasonable. The room and Inn was clean and neat. They wered a continental breakfast the next day. Thereafter we left to climb another 4,000 footer, Mt Osceola. Two 4,000...

We stayed at the Snowy Owl for the second time this past July 2016. We came with a group tour for the Nascar races. The staff at this hotel is phenomenal. Very caring and ready to help in any way possible. This is an older ski lodge that oozes with charm. We love it, and this bus tour has been...

This hotel is right next door to the "town" of Waterville Valley, has free parking and was rather clean. It is very dated. The bathroom is strange, with a window opening to the bedroom. The bedding was acceptable. Many long dark hallways. One can only exit or enter at the front desk, therefore the rooms are a bit noisy with...

Recently we went back to the Snowy Owl Inn for one night. We had been going there off and on for many years and had always enjoyed the amenities. We had not been back in a couple of years, so decided to go back up to enjoy the beautiful foliage. We were very disappointed. The room was comfortable enough, clean...

Thank you for helping us out. We had booked a condo with air bb and what a disaster. We were in the area for a wedding need a last minute change of arrangements. I called the Snowy Owl and they had a room for us. Was comfortable and clean.

Have been coming here for well over 30 years, simply a wonderful, quaint and country place to stay. Many things do do in the Valley Square, great place to come and relax in a clean and comfortable setting.

When we arrived, prior to dinner, there was no-one at the front desk. Instead they left paperwork and keys. The hotel was mostly dark, with few occupants the first night. There was no map of the hotel so we had a hard time finding the indoor pool. When found, it was too cold to use. We never fond the sauna...

Stayed here because my favorite hotel in Waterville was booked. This hotel is clean and next to the downtown. I'm giving this review a two because the hotel is very dated, lumpy mattress, old style TV, poor lighting. I'm sure for families traveling with kids that just want a place to sleep it may be ok.
