On a recent trip to Whitefield, NH, my wife and I stayed at a very nice roadside motel on US 3 in Twin Mountain, NH. This is the nicest, most value for service, non-chained ( privately owned) motel that we have stayed at in 20 some years of travel. Inside, outside all nice and up to date. Everything was very clean. The owner met me at the desk and is a very down to earth person who once lived and worked in my home area. We will be back again when in the area.

This is a real gem. Very clean, family-run motel, very convenient to all the attractions in the Twin Mountain area. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was for an older mom and pop kind of place, and it was well maintained and nicely decorated with nature photographs, prints and calming ambience. The pool was a lovely temperature, and well landscaped, with comfortable lounge chairs. The flowers outside our window (we were on the end unit) and outside the office were beautiful. Great breakfast restaurant across the street, too, after we had our morning coffee in the room. And here is a secret to save you some calls: this are the only place I could find in the area that didn't require a two night minimum on the weekends. But don't let that stop you from booking two nights: we wish we had! We will be back!

Anytime I do an overnight or 3 day getaway I always come to the Profile Deluxe. The warmth and cozy rooms so thoughtfully decorated make me feel like I'm home away from home instantly. The gorgeous pool to the mystical and magical gardens and paths always add that special little touch to my stay. Mike and Jodi are informative and helpful hosts in pointing out all the choices of area attractions and hiking trails. I can't wait to return for another relaxing getaway
