The food was fantastic as were the activities. The servers were so friendly and accommodating to meet our dietary needs and wishes. The meals are served family style and all you can eat. The choices are great and always a vegetarian choice. The split pea soup so warming on a winter day. The eggplant casserole was to die for. Snacks and beverages available in dining hall between meals. Great gift store and ping pong tables and magic show a big hit with the 11 year old. Loved contra dancing and nature hike. The donkeys were so friendly. This was our second family trip and it was so relaxing. You could bring the family dogs where we stayed. We plan to make it a yearly tradition.

I just returned from a great stitching retreat hosted by the Inn. My first time visiting that area with so many new and “old” friends. Accommodations were top notch, food was amazing and a good time was had by all. Thanks East Hill Farm

This summer will be our 38th year attending the farm! If that doesn't speak enough volumes let me tell you our favorite parts. We now come multiple times a year bringing different friends and family. Every time we come we are greeted with friendly faces and welcoming smiles. When we drive in, we immediately feel at peace and at home. The fact you can come and park and just enjoy yourself is great. The food is absolutely amazing. Activities for kids, adults and full families are great. We always look forward to Bingo. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend going to the farm for a night, a long weekend or a full week. You won't be mistaken by the calm peaceful feeling on the farm. Our home away from home.

We have been going to the Inn at East Hill Farm the same weekend for 14 years in a row. The first time our son went he was two and our daughter was one, now at 14 and 12 it is still their favorite place. We are seasoned travelers and our kids have been to many places including Disney and they both said the Farm is their favorite. My husband and I love it as well. It is welcoming, calm the staff is friendly and helpful and the food is great! We love the simplicity of it and that the same families are there year after year. Our children have experienced so many different things that they would have never had. They got two milk cows goats feed all the animals walk goats ride horses. They saw pigs being born eggs hatching and got to collect eggs right from the chickens. I could go on and on with all the experiences that my children had. We will continue with our tradition and hopefully have a wedding there someday because our daughter said she wants to be married on the farm. We love the Farm The Holmes Family.

Pros: Animals, family style dinner serving, friendly staff, friendly people visiting (seems many people come back year-to-year and folks were very friendly!). Food was pretty good- it’s like a solid family-oriented restaurant- meat and potatoes were great, veggies were frozen and mushy, breakfast and desserts were excellent server was warm and friendly and very attentive- was really nice not to cook any meals. BYOB awesome. Cons: Rooms very very dated, mattresses and linens need replacement. Pools are not comfortable, especially indoor basement pool and whirlpool surrounded by rugs. Not a comfortable or updated place for adults to hang out after kids go to bed. I love the farm simplicity concept. With some upgrades, would be a huge improvement. Worth coming for a night weekend as long as you are ready for a 2star amenity environment and lean into the farm-stay feel.

Kids aged 2-8 had fun. Pros: amazing views. Gorgeous spot. Zero mental load—just pack your bags and drive and then everything is done for you. Some of the younger staff were awesome, warm, and great with kids (Olivia). Riding lessons were a hit. Cons: Food underwhelming and bland, front desk staff and equestrian staff ranged from outright rude/hostile to unwelcoming to unhelpful, coffee is terrible, and kids activities were just so-so (markers and glitter, play-doh). Not enough effort towards educational value of the interactive parts of farm—ie could have milking sessions with some Q+A and really engaging the kids and getting them curious and interested. Rooms dated. For $700/night (including tip) for a family of 4, you can do much better.

When you’re looking for a place to relax, recharge, or reconnect with your children or grandchildren, The Inn at East Hill Farm is the perfect place. I’ve often described EHF as summer camp for families, with the luxuries of a full-service resort. Each day brings new activities for every age: learn to make cheese, bread making, milking the cows, candle making, contra dancing, magic shows, nature hikes lead by naturalists, trail rides, collecting eggs from the coop (my kids favorite), or relaxing by a roaring fire. My family has been vacationing at EHF for over 20 years. Thanksgiving and New Year’s Eve were some of our favorite times to visit, with fully prepared meals there is no clean-up just celebration with friends and family. The complimentary cocktail parties on Wednesday and Saturday nights are something to look forward to. Pack your swimsuit, hiking shoes, and a good book and enjoy great food, hospitality, and memories that will keep you returning year after year.

Agenda filled with decent activities. Nice find of a "all inclusive" place in New England. Great location with nice views. However, the equestrian staff was the unfriendliest that I've had in all the trail rides that I've done. Some of the facilities and amenities are broken and in need of an update.

We spent a beautiful weekend at the Inn at East Hill Farm! We were there for a large family and friend gathering and we enjoyed every moment of our stay! The inn is cozy and offers a warm nostalgic farm experience. We were able to enjoy a variety of activities including goat milking, macrame, paddle boating on the pond, and horseback riding. There was also plenty of opportunity to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of Mt. Monadnock. The staff at the inn was the best! They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and the home style meals they served were delicious! We can’t wait to bring our family back!

East Hill Farm has been a family favorite of ours for over 30 years. Now, being able to take my little one has made it all the more special! The farm is great for all ages. They do a great job of providing entertainment and activities for everyone. The food is fantastic. The staff are welcoming and accommodating. If you ever have a question, or a need, any staff member you encounter is willing to help you without hesitation. The owners pour their heart and soul into this place and it shows. With Covid restrictions, I am sure it has not been easy, but they make it look effortless — and the restrictions in no way hinder the overall farm experience. Thank you East Hill Farm!
