John and Nancy continue to run a first class operation, The Inn is beautiful with a one of a kind setting overlooking the valley. The welcome mat is always out, and they both engage their guests, and encourage them to mingle with each other. We would drive there just for Breakfast if John would let us! You won't find better.

The Victorian on Sunset Hill is simply the best B&B.....period. From the lovely rooms and period interior to the unbelievably generous, friendly and gracious hosts: John and Nancy.....I could not ask for more. The breakfast is one of the most delicious I have had anywhere. The care and effort that John puts into the breakfast is perfection. Every B&B owner...

Charming bed-and-breakfast with wonderful views. Beautifully restored Victorian mansion. On Sugar Hill, just a couple of miles from the town of Franconia. Delicious gourmet breakfasts with multiple choices and lots of flexibility. Hosts Nancy and John are warm, friendly and accommodating. Incredibly comfortable beds and well-equipped rooms. Reliable wi-fi. Why go to a large crowded inn when you can spend...

We loved it as soon as we pulled in. There isn't a bad view from anywhere on the property. John and Nancy were amazing, offering to help bring in luggage and then whipping us up a wine and cheese tray complete with homemade cookies. John provided menus and dinner recommendations to help us choose a dinner spot. We had a...

A memorable stay in a charming spacious inn set in a small village at the top of the White Mountains. Our room was extremely large with excellent en-suite facilities and a very comfortable and sizeable queen size bed. The inn is kept spotlessly clean and has an old world charm befitting of the property and area. What makes this so...

My wife and I have stayed at several B&Bs and The Victorian is simply the best one we have ever visited. Surprisingly, we learned that John & Nancy had no prior experience or education in the hospitality industry but anyone in the business can learn a thing or two from them. Everything from being greeted when we arrived, sharing wine...

We stayed here recently while attending the Scottish Festival in Lincoln, NH. Since my wife grew up nearby, this area was very familiar to us and we had watched the transformation of the inn from old homestead to showplace with interest. This was the perfect opportunity to experience it and we couldn't be happier that we did. The Victorian was...

Have stayed here several times and thoroughly enjoyed it each time. The accomodations are beautiful and comfortable, and the breakfasts outstanding. Look forward to staying with innkeepers Don and Nancy often.

Once again John and Nancy provided top shelf hospitality. the property has amazing views, and they are just the most wonderful hosts. From wine, cheese and crackers in the afternoon/evening to what we have found to be the best breakfasts. It is our "go to" for the foliage season in NH. I only wish we could stop by for breakfast...
