Detailed Reviews
Everything was beautiful, clean and well maintained. Everything in the suite was sparkling clean and comfortable. Thank you for making our few days away from home enjoyable. On a warm afternoon, we sat under the gazebo and read, took dips in the water and just watched the lake. Lake was very quiet with few motorboats in this area. We had the suite and bedroom was decorated in unique country mode with large windows and chairs facing lake. Great spot for reading.
We aren't travelling much with covid so it was our change of scenery break before winter. I was also thankful for your efforts to maintain a safe environment by always wearing a mask, enforcing distance rules and cleaning high touch areas like doorknobs often.

My husband and I stayed at The Lake House at Ferry Point while in town for a wedding at a nearby resort in February and had an exceptional stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the inn! The inn was cozy and charming, and Monty and Rebecca were gracious and attentive hosts. They take such pride in their inn, and it shows.
The inn itself is well-maintained and beautiful, the rooms are charming and cozy (and some with spectacular views of the lake!), and the amenities throughout were ample. The sheets were divine and so soft; it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The large living room downstairs was the perfect spot to relax by the stunning fireplace and play board games from their many options of games, puzzles, and magazines. There is a selection of coffee and tea in the dining room available any time, and every afternoon fresh, warm chocolate chip cookies are put out. They were delicious and we enjoyed quite a few! In the warmer months, there is a beautiful front porch overlooking the gazebo and waterfront area.
The breakfast was fantastic and lovingly made. We were treated to a three-course breakfast in the dining room served by Monty with fresh juices and coffee/tea. First fruit, followed by a delicious pumpkin bread, followed by the main dish. At check-in, they asked about our dietary needs and preferences based on the upcoming menu and catered to our needs. It was excellent and we left breakfast stuffed! Monty was a truly kind and hospitable host and we enjoyed talking with him during our stay. He was even so kind to leave out a few things to go since we departed early before breakfast.
Overall, I highly recommend staying at The Lake House at Ferry Point while in town or making a trip for a weekend of beautiful views and relaxation. Cozy inn, hospitable hosts, delicious breakfast, and a superb location right on the lake. We hope to return during warmer weather to enjoy the porch and kayaking. A truly special inn!

A group of 3 couples made the trip up to this absolutely beautiful Lake House. . As frequent B and B guests , we tend to be very discerning. Our stay did not disappoint! The beautifully decorated inn was immaculate, the innkeepers were always available but never intrusive, extremely welcoming and honestly made you feel as if you were truly welcomed guests in their home . The porch ( a major qualifier for our destination choices ) was relaxing, welcoming and comfortable with an amazing front row view of Lake Winnisquam . Breakfasts were top notch … and the bed linens .. OMG!
Highly recommended for so many reasons … you will be so happy with your choice !

Spent a weekend here to celebrate our anniversary & it was perfect. Check in was easy and contactless, all the health precautions of 2020 were taken seriously. The staff is very professional and helpful. Our room faced the lake and was wonderful: comfortable bed, good sheets and linens, clean bathroom, and a lovely view. Breakfasts were filling and delicious, alternating between sweet and savory entrees. the coffee was available 24 hours a day, making it nice for us early risers. Many places to sit and enjoy the view and keep socially distant! A wonderful stay!

We stayed 2 nights this past weekend and Love this place. We normally stay in B&B's in particular Select Registry B&B which are always top notch. This one's lived up to that standard. Our room - Lake Winnisquam - was very comfortable with a Lake View. We did not have any issues with Road noise. Bed and sheets were so very comfortable and exceptionally clean.
Breakfast both days were outstanding and very well balanced. Service was excellent as well.
This is a family run operation and Rebecca, Monty and Jeannette are all very nice and charming and they do an outstanding job making you fell Welcome.. We were given great recommendations to dining and we not disappointed.
We dined at Local in Laconia and it was great second evening we ate at Lyons Den which was very good.
If you like B&B's this place is a must visit. No TV's except in the living room to my knowledge but that make's it more peaceful.

I’m so happy I chose to stay at this B and B. Trust me when I say you will not find a better place to call your home away from home. Everything was lovely. The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and up to date with high end finishes but you won’t spend a lot of fine there because you will want to soak in as much time as possible on the front porch or sitting in an Adirondack chair at the waters edge. Make sure to fill your stomach with the delicious breakfast before starting your day.

We always stay at B & Bs, and prefer one with a front porch. If it also sits right on a lake......well that's just perfect! We stayed four nights, in the Lake Waukewam Room. It was a lovely room, but its shower was just a bit too small for larger folks, like us. However, we loved the inn so much that we want to return again next year, just in a different room. The inn is immaculate, with such attention to detail. The breakfasts are truly delicious and include fresh fruit every morning. Jeanette, Monte and Rebecca are very warm and inviting and will do what ever possible to make your stay pleasant and memorable. It was so quiet at night! This inn is definitely a gem!

We stayed here for an over-nighter with a church group and the hospitality was amazing from the time we arrived until we left. We were in the Newfound Room #5 and it had a beautiful bay window with cozy chairs that looked over the garden. It was so peaceful. The bathroom had a nice tub and shower and even a welcome basket with yummy chocolate and anything else you may have forgotten from home. The bed was comfy and the entire Inn was clean. It was a great respite from the hustle and bustle of living in a city. Definitely coming back!

This is everything I hoped! From the lovely touch of the way they hang your national flag alongside their own, to the lovely home cooked breakfast, nothing about this place disappoints.
Monty is excellent with his local knowledge and the way he shows you round explaining the coffee and tea machines etc.
Rebecca made the most beautiful breakfast and was delightful.
The decor is so lovely and the house is right on the lake. I can’t recommend this place highly enough!
Don’t forget to stick your little pin in the map so that there is always a little sign that you were at the Lake House at Ferry Point.

Recently stayed two nights in the Crystal Lake room and loved everything about it! Every inch of space had a purpose, great taste in colors/decor, and the bed sheets felt like sleeping on a cloud. The room also smelled amazing, and the entire house was spotless - so, so clean. Breakfast was phenomenal, and we loved having our morning cup of coffee out on the porch. The rocking chairs and view of the lake made it hard to go anywhere! We truly appreciated Rebecca's warm welcome and Monty's fantastic sense of humor, and we felt so comfortable staying here because of such awesome hosts. My favorite little detail about this place was how they displayed a flag out front of whatever country their guests were from - such a nice gesture.

Yes, this is a Great Lake for swimming. Beach on the premises of the Lake House.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets at the Lake House. We do have relationships with great kennels however.
I am sorry, we are not able to accommodate pets.
Weirs Beach is about 25 Minutes away.
