First off it takes a long drive to get to the actual hotel, up a steep and winding road. If you have a good gps it takes you the paved road , if not you end up on a dirt path with lots of bumps. This hotel is big with East n West buildings. We booked the East and it...

Great view from most apartments and restaurant. Love the large indoor pool with slides. We also look out at a small playground so my toddler is always ready to start the day. Quality of apartment is good. Some minor repair work can be done, but this should not hold you from booking here. Also seems like a great location for...

Planning for a relaxing week, we were pleasantly surprised at check-in to find that we were given the Hobby House. This is directly across from the building with the restaurant and has parking for 1-2 cars directly in front of the house, so no need to use the parking lot across the street. It doesn't look like much from the...

Great room with everything you need to cook in. We had the two bedroom and it was perfect for us with 3 kids ages 9,7,4. The water slide pool was in the other building and we liked that. We were able to walk to the restaurant and vending. We choose not to use the indoor pool in our building. Our...

We visited this property for 2day. Mostly for family with kids. More so for the pool. The biggest hot tub i have ever seen. its just an average place. But nothing for romantic couples. The onsite restaurant is good but little pricey.

The kids definitely enjoyed their "winter getaway" during spring break. They just need an indoor pool to be happy and the adults just need a nice view so the resort fit our needs just right. Got a good rate in the South Vista suites which must be time share units. The building is new so was well maintained and clean...

Stayed at the resort as a getaway for a few days. When arriving, one can't help but marvel at the hilltop resort and beautiful glassed-in recreation area, overlooking mountains and NH's lake region. There are many amenities, such as swimming, (many pools, with a large indoor pool and hit tubs), table tennis, hiking, and more. There are activities planned daily...

We stayed in a townhouse setup for 5 days. Picture carrying belongings and food/drink stuffs up 2 flights to enter room then down 2 flights to living qtrs.... not convenient, and treacherous stairways to boot! Accommodations were fair enough and staff pleasant. Just wayyyy toooooo mannny stairs.

We took a four day mud-week getaway at Steel Hill. From check-in to check out, service was superb. We spent a lot of time at the pool, hot tub and gym. Everything was very clean. We had a very relaxing experience. One thing to note, we stayed in the south buildings, third floor, there was no elevator. We didn't care...

Myself, my wife, and our 6 year old daughter spent last Friday and Saturday in a West Building 2 BR suite. This was our second visit to the resort. Previously, we had stayed in the East building in a 2BR suite. Lets start with the good. We all loved the giant indoor pool and slides in the West Building. Very...
