The place is great, very close to the beach and also very quiet. At the Arbor Inn, we felt like at home. We appreciated very much Julie's kindness; she is a fantastic host, always smiling and available. It's nice to have access to the kitchen after breakfast hours. We had a typical New England breakfast, which was very good. We... More

My wife & I celebrated our 25th anniversary in New England and spent 5 days at Arbor Inn. We loved it. Beautiful area. Close to the beaches. Pretty place that is spacey & clean. We looked forward to all the goodies Julie had prepared for us each morning. Perfect place to relax

Im good at complaining about things especially on trip advisor, but not the Arbor Inn, the breakfasts' were delicious and fresh OJ every day. The creativity and love that Julie put into those breakfasts were terrific. You couldn't ask for a nicer and knowledgeable host than Julie. We stayed in the Country room which looked over the garden and all... More

Arbor Inn is a beautiful gem on the coast. Julie made us feel like old friends. Our room was charming, and the breakfast was absolutely incredible. Highly recommend. Class act. Very close to a beautiful beach.

Loved staying at Arbor Inn. We felt right at home and welcomed. Julie is a wonderful hostess and gave great recommendations of things to do in the area. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, breakfast on the porch was relaxing and the food was abundant and delicious. We will defiantly be returning.

Stayed over the Memorial day weekend for 4 nights, and had a wonderful time, made even more enjoyable by our innkeeper, Julie. We stayed in the Sagamore room, and it was perfect. Breakfasts were great, some of the best we have had. Inn is about 1or 2 miles from the town of Portsmouth, with great shops and resturants. Julie is... More

It was a pleasure to host you folks and give you some of my suggestions for local sights and food! And to treat you to french toast on your first day. (thanks Rodney) I know you are experienced B&B guests, your comments are special. I look forward to your return. More

Wonderful ambience, very helpful and knowledgeable owner, and simply fabulous breakfast meals. We choose the largest room and felt very pampered. From Rye you can easily travel North to Southern Maine or down to Newburyport Massachusetts for its unique shopping and still be back in time for a walk on the nearby beach before dinner. One of the best B&B... More

The Arbor Inn is exactly what a B&B should be. Our room was immaculately clean and comfortable and the common areas were well appointed and inviting. Breakfast each day was excellent. Julie and Denis were wonderful, helping with ideas of where to go and how best to experience the Portsmouth-Rye area in just a few days. We will certainly go... More

The Arbor Inn Bed and Breakfast is top notch. A friend and I passed through on a skateboard journey and couldn't have asked for a better rest stop along the way. When you are here, you instantly feel at home. The rooms were as cozy as cozy could be and the bathrooms couldn't have been cleaner. To top it off,... More
