We had our wedding at the Woodbound Inn at the beginning of September. Our friends and family took over the Inn for the entire weekend and we had three big night events - a thirty-person dinner in the Playbarn, a rehearsal dinner for 120 people in the ballroom and our wedding reception for 150 people in a rented tent on... it's remote. wifi is ridiculously bad. sometimes texts go through. at&t service sometimes 2. if you need electronics don't go here. but if you want to drop the electronics and be in a peaceful wooded environment go here! the front desk at check in could not multi task (there were two wedding parties and the check in person couldn't get... Three nights over Labor Day Weekend 2016 for an on-site wedding celebration. While the bed in our lodge room could have been a bit more comfortable (maybe even replaced), the food all weekend long, including for 170+ people at the reception was fabulous, and most importantly, the staff was friendly, incredibly helpful/accommodating, and went the extra mile every step of... Arrived at 12:30 and was told room would be ready in 30 minutes. Room was not ready until after 3. Bed was sloppily made with no dust ruffle, no mirror in the room, a basket of goodies in a greasy napkin, dirty floor, dusty furniture, horrible towels...

Woodbound Inn is a fantastic place to disconnect from our busy life and reconnect with our kids. We have taken our vacation here 3 out of the last 4 years. The property consists of an inn, lodge (updated last year) cabins (scheduled for updates this coming year) a beach area and plenty of green space to play on. The Grove... More

The Woodbound is a wonderful property and staffed by even more amazing people! My friend and I stayed here for a night before a camping trip at Mount Monadnock for the Perseides meteor showers. Upon arriving we found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful, arranging for kayak rentals even though we were near the end of the day... More

My husband and I went to the Woodbound INN for a wedding I was in. We have never been there before and to get there the signs were not the best to find it. When we got to the Inn it looked outdated and not great looking from the outside. When we got inside the main door slammed behind us... More

Following an event during a four class reunion, two dozen from our class ('65) traveled to a private room at the restaurant for dinner and memories among ourselves. Well set up, privacy insured, wait staff readily available, and we were given time to relax before and after the meal. Pub food plus other such as fried clams and lobster rolls... More

Stayed in one of the lakeside cabins at the Woodbound for a wedding and was very disappointed in the quality of the accommodations. The cabins are advertised as being rustic and off the grid. I was perfectly content with not having television or a telephone in the cabin and even accepted that there would be no frills. I was not... More

Our family goes to Rindge every Father's Day. This was our fourth year. We always go for the Sunday brunch . Our gang of 12 all find the food varied and well prepared. The wait staff is very efficient. I do miss the bacon wrapped scallops. We'll return again next year. We did not stay at the Inn and the... More
