This was our second hotel we stayed at in New Hampshire on our 27th Anniversary. We booked our room and stayed in the Papa Hemingway suite, it was really a beautiful room. the grounds and property was very nice. We had a fantastic night, the Jacuzzi worked great, the fire place was spot on. The only thing we found to...

We had the best time that we've had a long time at Wren's Nest! Great scenery! The rooms were so clean and very spacious! I stayed in the white mountain lodge and loved it! We visit there often and always request that room! We enjoyed the jacuzzi at night to a warm fire place. The desk clerk was very friendly...

So we booked the Ralph Lauren suite for our 10 year anniversary, we arrived and were allowed to check in early, the rug didn;t look vacuumed, but other then that the room seemed nice, the temp in the room as 62, very cold for mid October, there is a sign near the door saying not to manually use the gas...

We had done a lot of traveling when we arrived at the hotel. We booked the standard room and that is what we received. No wifi, no breakfast. The grounds looked inviting but we didn't have time to check any of them out. We felt this hotel was overpriced for the amount of time we had.

Wanted a room near Portsmouth with a in room hot tub for thhe weekend. Saw the cute Island themed room so we booked. After a long day of touring the city we checked looking forward to the hot tub. Turned the water on and it came out brown yuck. We realized it was probably just the pipes. We let it...

Having been used to staying in the "name" motels for the past few years, I was wondering what I would encounter, But this place was recommended to me and it had 2 other rooms where my relatives could stay. So I gave it a try. My husband and I were very happy with our room. It smelled a little musty...

This past weekend we stayed in the Harley Davidson Jacuzzi suite just as a one night getaway. We were searching online for hotels with in room Jacuzzi tubs in Ma or NH and this one came up. It had mixed reviews but the pictures and descriptions on their website sold us. We even booked online! Upon arrival we were very...

My wife and I found the Wrens Nest as a last minute replacement as our other reservations fell through. The price was high, but at the last minute we had few other options. The room was very small and smelled musty. We had an uneventful night, other than listening to traffic all night (hotel is very close to a busy...

We have stayed there before and have been very pleased. Unfortunately this time may be our last. We encountered a very dirty, buggy room. Bath tub was dirty and full of alive and dead bugs. Toilet was not clean. Very dusty furniture. And the worst part, I had to kill 2 bugs that were crawling on our sheets!!

A little pricey but nice location. Close to all Portsmouth or even Maine attractions with just a short drive. The room was clean and very cute. The jacuzzi tub had PLENTY of hot water to completely fill the tub! The room was very relaxing. The description says open concept bathroom and I wasn't sure I'd like that. The sink and...
