My usual local B&B was fully booked, and needed to accommodate family members for an annual Spring family gathering. So...I put our sons and their significant others up for the weekend at Little River B&B. They could not stop effusive praise for this little gem and the warm welcome they received from Rob and Paula, the owners. This will forever...

We just returned home from our third visit here. Rob and Paula are the best hosts. The rooms are immaculate. We stay in a different room each time we visit. We will definitely go back again and again.

My husband and I stayed at Little River Bed and Breakfast for 10 days while attending a writers' conference in Peterborough. The whole B&B is beautifully decorated and kept impeccably clean. Our room, the Monadnock Room, was spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated the large bathroom with plenty of room for storing everything we wanted to keep handy. But the...

It's a beautifully renovated house, just a short distance from town. The rooms are cozy and beautifully anointed; the breakfast was excellent. The owners couldn't have been nicer. I highly recommend this wonderful B&B.

Loved this gem found on the website and relatively unknown by me. And am so glad I took a chance. Planning on going back soon! Paula was lovely to deal with and her food was wonderful too! Really comfortable room and breakfast and words can't explain how relaxing the setting was. Thank you so much!

What a pleasant place. Great room. An in-room gas stove adds warmth and ambiance. The breakfast was very good. Paula is a great hostess. Peterborough was a surprise. Quaint town and a beautiful drive to Boston. We would recommend this place!

Little River is a charming inn in a completely renovated old house. The house is done is soothing colors and light wood with quilts all around. There are three common areas for guests: an upstairs sunroom, a downstairs fireplace room and an outside deck near the river. Paula and Rob seem to have thought of everything that a guest could...

I had the best time during my 2 night stay. I had a room upstairs looking down at the babbling river and although it was a hot summer night I preferred the sound of the river with the gentle wind and fresh NH air to the air conditioner. At breakfast there were great people from all over the US gathered...

One of the best B&B's ever! Paula and Rob welcome you the minute you arrive and make you feel at home. Terrific location, views, and food! They really put a lot of attention to the details in making this a warm, cozy and comfortable place to stay. They know the area well and gave us some great tips for hiking...
