I just stayed at Westward Shores last week (Thursday-Sunday). There were 9 of us (5 adults, 4 kids) and we stayed in the Timber Lodge. The cabin was enormous and clean! We loved the cabin. 2 complaints about it: 1) there were tons of fruit flies inside and they got worse as

My husband and I decided at the last minute to find a campsite for Labor Day weekend. We called around and most had no vacancy. Westward Shores has a site that would fit our rig. Friends stayed their recently and didn’t like it but we thought we would give it a try. PROS: 1:

Hi Amy, we're glad you enjoyed the new sites. We do apologize for the inconveniences during your stay. We're doing our best to get the cable going. We'll be looking into the golf cart driving. We do have rangers patrolling and enforcing the rules, but we can't be everywhere at once. Thank you for bringing up the signs. We're working on adding additional direction signs to make the large campground more easy to navigate. We're glad you see the potential in the campground and we hope you give us another try in the future when the construction is completed. We hope to add alot more value to a stay with us!

Hi Chuck, we're sorry you didn't have a good experience with us. We understand about the rules, but we're just trying to provide a peaceful and quiet camping experience for everyone. We've discussed your complaints with the rangers and we're sorry that it come off very professional. We hope that you can give us another shot someday.

Please read entire review First let me start by saying that I have literally been camping my entire life (2 weeks old on my first camping trip). Much like many of the other reviews we seen on the website were correct. Never before have I seen a campground in such a condition as
