Detailed Reviews
This was our first time staying here. Due to Covid-19 our reservations at Salisbury State Park were cancelled. We have a 34 ft. 5th wheel so we were pleasantly surprised to find full hook-ups on short notice. Our site was very tight. We were not able to put up our screen tent but that was o.k. we were only there 3 nights. We did not use any facilities so I cannot comment on those, but I was told that the laundry room was spotless and anyone with kids knows that is a plus. The grounds were beautifully maintained. There were a lot of tent sites available which seemed odd to me. After chatting with people, we keep forgetting the Canadian border is closed and that is why it is exceptionally "quiet". They had wood delivery which was great but it was 95 degrees this weekend so we did not partake in that ritual. We walked around chatting with people and met some lovely seasonal folks to get the lay of the land which was nice. We are from MA and frequent the area often so it was nice to chat with people. Will we return to Sea Coast? Yes, in a heartbeat! Maybe more often than Salisbury due to full hook-ups. Did we pick a better site for our coach next time, you bet! Our cats need more rabbit and birding action and we found just the spot on our next visit if available. Until next time...

We stayed in our 40-foot RV. The location was wonderful and the property was well maintained. They pick up the garbage daily and clean out each fire pit at the end of a stay, The picnic table had just been painted. Everything was clean. The laundry facility was amazing. New high-end machines, clean and working! Despite the close proximity of other campers, the whole place was quiet and peaceful. The office staff were helpful. In all, a good place to stay if in the area.

We stayed here during Hurricane Henri. It rained everyday so we didn’t explore the campground. It is a great stopping point for antique shopping. Our wives spent the days finding treasures. We were in a 36 foot motor home and 36 foot fifth wheel. Our sites were in the open, full hook up 50 amp, gravel, and level. Between the sites was grass. The roads inside the campground were a mix of dirt and sand which, due to the rain, made for pretty nasty paws and bellies of our dogs. Our fire pit was broken, but it wasn’t camp fire weather. There is a game room with video games and pinball, clean restrooms and showers, and a clean laundry with 4 washers and dryers, a playground, horseshoe pits, and a small camp store. Walmart and chain stores are within 15 minutes. Verizon cell service was marginal, I couldn’t stream much on my hot spot. Campground WiFi was also sketchy in our area of the campground. There are many over air channels. No cable at our sites. We got satellite service at our sites. Trash is picked up everyday by placing it by the road in front of the rig. We would stay here again.

Very well maintained campground. The bathrooms seemed to be cleaned hourly. Staff are around all the time if anything is needed and all I came in contact with were friendly. Laundry facility is nice and very clean. The only thing I didn't care for was the metered shower...$.50 for 6 min and $.25 for each additional 3 min. I understand why they do it...but still don't like it. Location to everything was great, we visited Portsmouth, Kittery, Salem, Boston and White Mountains..

Very Clean campground, everyone who was working there, was super friendly. We already made a reservation to return in 2022. We had a great trip. Nice playground for kids. Pet friendly. 🐶💕. Security drives around at night, just to check on things.
They have trash pick up and free WIFI that actually works great. The store sells firewood and delivers it to your campsite.

We went on our first camping trip to Seacoast RV with friends and our Kids/Grandkids - my Daughter in law found Seacoast and called to see if we would be a good fit with their travel trailer and our Class A and we couldn't have found a better fit of 2 sites together for our family (and the friends that also camped with us)! We had two sites in a corner (we had the pull through and our friends had the pull through right behind us, while the kid's travel trailer abutted our site and it was perfect! The playground was awesome for our grandson, they are pet friendly and the staff was phenomenal and would deliver wood and firestarting materials to the sites. The water pressure was great and the wifi was also great. As we explored the area, there are so many beaches and places to go to in the area, it's definitely worth a return trip to check it all out! Highly recommend, great people!

Very clean and friendly RV Park. The restrooms and showers are cleaned daily at 1:00. Both were spotless during our stay. They do provide wood at the office along with other necessities. Frank, who keep up maintenance of the property will also deliver wood to your site as well.
The cell service was very poor. I spoke to the front desk about the cell service. She mentioned that the property was hit by lightning recently and the service hasn’t been the same. She was very apologetic. The data service worked fine.

There are a number of positive aspects regarding this park. Clean, easy to locate, close to Portsmouth, stores, restaurants, etc. Overall friendly staff. Quiet ate night. We drive a 37ft Class A with "Toad". What a really had an issue with is I made the reservation in Jan 2022. I received a confirmation and paid the required deposit for a Pull Through site. Upon check in we were given a back in. When we showed the staff member our printed confirmation she was clueless on how this happened and incapable of offering a resolution. The site we were provided was just long enough to handle our rig. Also, no cable and the WiFi is slow.

This was the first time camping as a family (I have camped many times with friends) and I think this campground is perfect! It was super clean, you can tell they take pride in their property. From the game room to the laundry and bathrooms just so super clean.Everyone was very friendly and respected social distancing but still stopping for a quick chat. This is a quiet campground, not a loud music and party type so if that is what you like, this will not work for you.
Thank you to the staff, keep up the great work.

Neat and clean camping ground. Excellent facilities. We wanted to visit Portsmouth, and use our lovely new trailer. Mission accomplished! I love that there are grocery stores and a Walmart close by, and Rays seafood was a 13 minute drive. Highly recommend. We will be back.

We plan to add a shuttle van to the beach, activities director for kids and a Laundromat. It is not in our plans to add a pool.
Hi Laurie!
We do have electrical outlets in both the bathhouse and there is an outside outlet at the game room that is available at all times. I, of course, wouldn't leave anything unattended while charging but there are possibilities in various spots. Thanks!
Hi there! Parking is abundant at the beaches but it is mostly at a fee of some sort, whether it be a meter or a lot. Rye does have side streets where you are able to park at no charge (as long as you stay away from posted areas). Hope this helps your decision. Thanks!
