I stay in the back building called the 300 block right next to the pool. all new carpeting put in I was just there in July and its all new and I think they did the furniture as well in that building as far as the main building I cant answer as I am not sure. I have been staying here for 4 or 5 years now after staying in the most common places up in north Conway and this has everything me and my family needs for the price. We just love this place.
